Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThey don't accept cash.. I've never been in a hotel bar that doesn't accept cash! Also house cleaning came at like 09:00 - 09:30 which meant I never got my room cleaned because I was on holiday and sleeping. Most hotels I've stayed in house cleaning is done early afternoon when people are out of their rooms.
Very cool vibe. Security staff were welcoming every evening. Room was perfect for what I needed.

United KingdomThe digital check-in procedure had problems checking in two rooms instead of one! The room design involved one person having to climb over the other sleeping beauty to get out of the bed at night to use the bathroom. There was no other way out of the double bed! The blank wall facing the bedroom window could do with some art work! ? You need to use your room card to get the lift working!
Location near metro and cable car stops as well as a variety of large stores, cafes and restaurants. Facilities were excellent including gym, small roof garden, lounge areas with TVs, books, sofas, bar and cafe with drinking water on tap. The room was clean, compact and quiet with clever design features including a small fridge and safe but sufficient for a four night stay. Double bed was large and comfortable, bedding and towels of good quality. Leaving luggage during the day of departure was free.

United KingdomThe digital checking in system for two rooms was problematic. The rooms are small but well designed however the position of the very comfortable large double bed is not ideal for a couple as it involves climbing over your partner to get out of bed in the middle of the night! The system for the elevators depends on scanning in your room card. A huge problem for us, as non-US residents, was paying for even a drink by card as often European Visa cards do not work however UK cards do (more expensive,) . Cash is not accepted by the hotel!
The lounge and bar area are both very comfortable with some outdoor seating TVs and books as well as the vital water fountain.The well equipped gym and rooftop area are very good and important if you want to escape from your room. The metro station Powell Street is only a short walk and the cable car a bit further.
