This is by far one of the nicest places we've stayed at. Beachfront very well kept place. We are definitely coming back again. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Everything was awesomely great. Thumbs up to our host Zareh. Very attentive and quick to respond.

The twin beds don’t fit adults and are very firm.

The pool time of 9am was a bit late for us also pool on the Friday 20th morning was still being cleaned at 09.30am. The only 2 negative feedback's I have was that there was no air line for the children to pump up their inflatables they had bought it was very hard work to do by mouth, I think this would benefit the complex. The parasol for the beach was not fit for purpose it kept flying down the beach.

The accommodation was better than expected clean had everything we needed in the apartment my sister and her children were all very happy

The location of this property is wonderful! Direct beach access, very close to a lifeguard stand and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The roof top has great view of the surrounding area. We loved the two bedrooms each with their own en-suite. The living room, dining area and kitchen provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy each-others company. The building was clean and quiet. We all agreed, we’d be happy to stay there again.

There is absolutely nothing bad to be said about this property.

This property was exceptional! Its location is fantastic, right at the beach, near many shops and restaurants. Also only 20 minutes to JFK space center. The property was very clean. The kitchen was fully staffed. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was very clean. Everyone around was very respectful and friendly. I must give a big shout to Zareh the property manager who was always reaching out and making sure we are enjoying our stay. He was in touch with us before we got in, during and after our stay as well. It felt just like a family member who is checking on you. We have been recommending your place to everyone we know. And we are planning to return in near future. This place is worth every penny!!

Both showers weren’t great. One was luke warm and little pressure. The other was very little pressure but did get hot. One of the kitchen chairs was broken and the toaster didn’t work. But none of that was a huge deal. It was advertised as sleeping 6 and that included a sleeper sofa in the description. It was actually an air mattress and I don’t think that was stated. I’m glad I didn't know though because the place was amazing and it may have stopped me from booking. The air mattress was easy to deal with and very comfortable. The biggest think I didn’t like was everything that they have to offer ends at 9pm. The pool, games, rooftop, etc. It is strictly enforced. On vacation with teens or really even myself, I feel this should be much later, maybe 11 or 12. 9pm is early.

Great Location (lots of stuff to do locally), cleanliness was above and beyond and they provided cleaning supplies, plenty of trash bags and trash chutes were so convenient, spacious rooms with huge closet spaces, heated pool felt amazing and was clean with multiple chairs and a shaded area, easy beach access, games to play (in the amenities shed and in the room), nice personal care products available, beach tents, 4 beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards available, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer with laundry soap and dishwasher with detergent. Lots of privacy, nice areas to lounge. They provided 6 beach towels. Easy coded access to the room and other areas. Elevators easy to use and never overly busy. 2 parking passes. I could go on and on about how much they provided!
