How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was unkept and dirty. No clean towels at the pool, broken chairs were stored in the stair well, and the hallways needed vacuumed.
The location was great!

Hotel was no where near full and we were put in a room where large bushes were planted in front of the windows and that was our view. Probably the worst view in the entire hotel. We should have asked for a new room but we were exhausted from driving all day and had to hurry and get ready to meet family in town.
Beautiful spot on the River with outdoor Tikki Bar outside with live music, food etc...

Front desk wasn't terribly friendly. Seemed to be on his phone whenever we walked through the lobby. Our bathroom door didn't latch. The pool room was so incredibly hot. It looked like the air-conditioning units from the rooms connected to the pool were adding to the already hot pool area. Parking was not the best. If you have a room at the end of the hotel you have to walk all the way around with your luggage since there is no parking lot at the one end.
Rooms were pretty nice for the price we paid. There was a nice patio area with live music. However there was very limited seating. The hotel must've been booked completely full and most people were on the patio.

We booked three rooms for our family vacation and two of the three rooms had dirty toilets upon check-in. It was disgusting. Then they didn’t have any staff around to come and clean it so we had to clean it ourselves.
The exterior of the property was stunning. The inside is just a basic hotel, nothing fancy.

Rooms were old and lacked maintenance and updates. Our bathroom door was split and splintered, a hole in the tub was covered by a layer of stickers. The facilities could use some updating. One room was under construction and grinding with tools begun at 8am just a few doors down.
The staff was kind and helpful. The bar/restaurant food was good. Location off the water was beautiful!

Our room was by the pool. Wish we’d had one that looked out over the river.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. View of the river was amazing! Food at the restaurant was good!

We didn't have any concerns with this property.
We enjoyed the river view from our balcony. Also just looking at the river from the Tiki bar with live music and conversation with the staff. Tacos were served out on the patio. There were fish and ducks swimming below the Marina dock.

Air Conditioner was dirty.

The breakfast
The evening dinner was awesome. My husband's breakfast was bland. Usually biscuits and gravy has sausage bits in gravy. His did not. My Belgium waffle was nor very good. Kinda undercooked. Not crispy at all.

I liked being able to walk along the Missouri River. The room was good sized with comfortable beds. Loved the balcony for sitting outside. Had a good meal in the restaurant onsite.
