This house was amazing! It is in a great location for visiting the park, and a short walk to a few bars, restaurants and shops. The Joshua tree visitor centre is only a short walk away too. The house is beautiful, clean and is obviously very well taken care of. Well planned out and lots of nice little touches that made me smile. We also loved the outdoor space, with the numerous seating areas, hot tub, fire pit, pool and games. Hosts responded quickly to small enquires.

I wanted to stargaze and the only easily moveable chairs were around the fireplace; however, they were unusable.

It’s a great location. It made getting to Joshua Tree NP early a breeze. It also has wonderful amenities.

Just one night the hot tub didn’t work but the owner did everything they could - to our satisfaction. He was very responsive.

Everything was great in the house. The only thing that was missing for me was a proper washing machine and tumble dry.

We had a lovely time at Casa Luisa. The house is beautiful and very well located, 2 minutes drive to the Joshua Tree park entrance. Good amenities with pool and hot tub and plenty space in the house and outside. Joel the owner was very pleasant and helpful, he also provided us with recommendation of places where to eat and things to do.

It was windy for one of the nights while we were there and it woke us up a few times, but that was no fault of the hosts at all. It was an excellent stay for us all and all of us want to return with our families.

We loved the homey feel, the decor was so cozy and comfortable. The yard literally felt like a little oasis away from the world, you could forget where you were, almost. Everything was clean and we had an excellent time.

Hot tub, pool, and outdoor relaxation space were a fun addition to our outdoor adventures in Joshua Tree National Park. Our host went above and beyond with daily checkins and assistance. Kitchen was very helpful because the restaurants were crowded during spring break. Beds very comfortable. House quite close to the park so we hiked every day.

This is completely user error, so this is not a reflection on Joel AT ALL! I just want to mention this so others do not repeat our mistake: pay attention to Joel's message when you book! we didn't realize some of the guest doors auto lock and require a keycode to get back in, and so as a result one of my party members got locked out of their room late at night while the rest of us were sleeping. (they were fine though, as one of the bedrooms did not auto lock and they were able to sleep on a different bed that night) Joel gives you the code to the doors via Booking Dms, so pay attention to that!

I loved the interior and exterior design, the amenities, and the incredible outside area! I felt truly that we lacked nothing, and we had a hard time leaving to go hike in Joshua tree, haha! A pretty good problem to have. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a refuge to stay here. I also loved the provided robes, slippers, and big outdoor hats.
