The place was pretty empty yet we still had a room far from everything and it was upstairs which was not ideal having a pet. the fire alarm was chirping when we came in but the office fixed it quickly. we could hear nearly everything outside, luckily it was pretty quiet.

the locating was great and close to downtown Alex Bay.

The only two things we could give feedback on is that the beds are not as comfortable as we would have liked, however, we are difficult to please when it comes to hotel mattresses. And we could not find the remote for the TV (which was super small however we normally do not watch TV while traveling).

everything in our room was clean, updated, and spacious. The air conditioning until worked perfectly.

We've stayed here several times. This particular room needs more elec. outlets. Also a couple other things I mentioned at checkout. Cable channels available are limited and poor choices. But you can't beat the price per night for a nice clean hotel and pleasant staff.

Drains in the sinks were slow. Pots were adequate for the burners, but bigger would have been helpful. We were cooking to feed four. Dish rags and dish towels would have been helpful too. It was a pleasant stay, though. Cleanliness expectations were definitely met.

Kitchenette was ample to cook spaghetti dinner and pancake breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice; 4' depth throughout.

Rooms were never cleaned even though the first day we just asked for clean towels. The next day the room was not cleaned and I had to go ask again for supplies. Even though the room looks clean there appears to be an issue with getting the floors clean as the bottoms of our feet got dirty even after showering. I would still stay here again. Hoping they can resolve this issue as it was a great place to stay!

What could have been better: storage in the bathroom, more room for a sink counter top, more table top space in the room, and 1 or 2 luggage racks to place bags on, instead of the floor.

I liked the upgrades to the rooms, especially the hardwood floors. Fresh paint, Clean and simple design / decor to the room. The trash was emptied each day and fresh towels were provided daily. Wonderful office reception...pleasant and helpful!

We never got room service. We didn't get enough towels replaced and we weren't sure what was going on. No garbage pick up either during our stay. We did not have our dnd sign on the door either. They even called to confirm it was OK to go in and they still didn't. That was frustrating. Great otherwise.

The rooms were nice, pool was great, location was perfect.
