United StatesWe went to the Landshark bar and grill for dinner. The food was good but the service was awful. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and it took us over 10 minutes to get our drinks. We got our nachos first and wasn’t handed any silverware or napkins until we were more than half way done. Our food finally came out and I had asked for ranch. I waited 20 minutes until I finally asked one of the younger barbacks if I could get some ranch. He put his hands immediately in the air knowing he forgot… it seemed like the younger boys couldn’t handle the simplest tasks, even on a slow night.
Loved how close the resort was to other restaurants and places to shop. Pool and hot tub were relaxing, great drinks at the outside bar.

United StatesWater park is okay, slides are great me, husband and adults boys enjoyed a lot; but nothing else besides the lazy river and the 2 slides. And when our family finally decides to having a dinner at the Restaurant, the host was very rude with us. We're Latinos but USA citizens (doesn't matter) very well educated, when we asked for table for four she gave a dirty look telling us to we had to wait at least 30 minutes, the funny part was the empty tables that they had inside and outside. When my son asked me to wait inside the room that's when things turned differently she was more polite saying maybe will be less than 30 minutes; in fact she called us in 10. But the other ones were very nice and friendly, we gave a good tip for our server.

I like the toiletries in the bathroom, like that had a heater(warmer) running in the hallway to go to and from the rooms. I also like how Ms. Sophia, was so helpful for my family and friends. I felt as though she went above and beyond. The water was in the room free of charge. They not only had coffee but hot chocolate as well.

United StatesThe outside doors were unlocked so anyone could access where the guest rooms are. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The coffee maker didn't brew hot coffee.
It's a beautiful new Hotel. The water park and arcade are a kids, and some adults, paradise . The rooms are nice . I loved the bathroom.
