Room 133 only had 2 tv stations, wish the hotel would provide more than 2 tv stations

The smell of the room was horrible (mildew smell) to the point where all my clean clothes that were taken out of my bag smelled like the room, the carpet was stained , the chair in the room was damaged the dishwasher was dirty , I saw one roach in the closet I did not like that the pool was closed , my TV was broke when I first arrived but was fixed 2 days before I left which was one good thing. Plates and silverware don’t come with the room.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The lobby and front was clean. The vending machines and the fact there is a big fridge in the room. Close to food spots and a gas station/corner store. (Walkable)

Roaches and cockroaches crawling around in room and bathroom. Pool water looked like flesh eating bacteria and the mattress was way smaller than the frame so it just slid everytime u got up

My tv didn’t work and was let known five minutes into checking in no one came to fix it. Left came back still nothing asked from desk said maintenance wouldn’t be back until Monday so I paid 91 dollars for no tv is ridiculous. I’m highly upset broken tv in picture

I wasn't even able to stay at the hotel. I got to the hotel and the front desk person told me that they had cancelled my reservation because there wasn't a room available of which I had booked. It was late at night and almost midnight and I had to end up trying to find another hotel to stay in . I walked to a few nearby and both were full . I then just ended up getting a Uber to my home which was 2 hours away The hotel smelled horrible like cigarette smoke. The front desk person was unprofessional. I don't think I will be booking thru booking.com again. I should have not have had to go thru that with my 6 year old daughter

Room was infested with roaches they wouldn’t change my room to another room or even try to help told me I could check out but would only receive half of my deposit back. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had after sleeping in my car due to the storm after 6 days I just wanted a good night rest in a bed. I couldn’t even lay down because roaches were everywhere so I couldn’t imagine what else they could possibly have. “Bed bugs” . I only was there 4/5 hrs and I just couldn’t take it any longer. And for them to only want to parcel pay me back is ridiculous. But I accepted it and left the same night. I ABSOLUTELY would not stay here EVER the roaches are ridiculous, I tried to eat and it was even worse they started coming out from everywhere. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

My room was damp when I walked in, the room was always warm I didn’t notice until Sunday June 9 that a window was open in my room didn’t stay cool and my luggage and back pack had moisture in it from the room.

We went to this hotel to get away from another hotel. This hotel was not up to standards it’s very out dated and they have roaches. However we were granted a refund wit no problem. We only opened the door seen the bugs and walked back out

Rude boy at front desk

Had issue with front desk. The new employee had rude attitude and personal assumptions due ro his own inexperience in his own job performance Even when I showed proff by my personal and private documents he made a statement of letting ME make it and accused me of wrong doing and receiving free rooms. Had to go and have managers show him again how to receive payment made by me for early booking . Paid in advance was treated like I begged or stole or frauded 'HIM'.
