Would have liked a full length mirror in the room and was not crazy about having sink mirror area separate from toilet/shower.

There was no breakfast. The restaurant serves a good supper, across the street at the Golf Curse, which is owned by the C Way. Nice course! We stayed on first floor in 113. There was a deck where we could play cards after supper> Very NICE! Pool was super clean and refreshing.

A bit outdated. Shower pressure and temperature could have been better (but still manageable). Continental breakfast could have had more options.

We liked being a few minutes outside of the downtown area since there was a big event happening so we could escape the noise. Loved the private deck. Pool was great. Staff was so friendly. Room very clean.

The bathroom was extremely small. The room was noisy because you could hear the other guests in their rooms. Remote needed batteries and didn't work well.

I did not have the breakfast. The location of the property was excellent. Nice pool.

Not a big deal but there was some noise from the traffic out on the road.

We especially enjoyed the back deck where we could admire the woods and we saw lots of different birds and lots of them! Nice frig and we di see a small toad who hung around. And close to lots of attractions along the River.

There is a restaurant and golf course which is part of the C way resort across the street. Unfortunately they don’t offer breakfast. The main lobby had yogurt and danish as well as coffee. Which is fine , all you do is sleep at the hotel anyways .

The price is very affordable, especially for Fourth of July weekend. Very friendly and very clean the location was perfect. Very close to Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay. The pool and grounds were very clean. Parking was easy and there was plenty.

the stairway leading up the the second floor rooms was an older wooden staircase that hasn't been cared for. I did not use the handrails as they were dry and rough and full of splinters. the room was clean but the firnishings seemed dated. I thought the property was closer to Clayton and the Lake. this is my fault for not checking the map more carefully before booking. the registrar was all business and efficiency and not a social person. the agreement specifically mentioned no coolers in the room, which I found inconvenient. we respected their rules and carried items from the cooler kept in the car to our second floor room.

The standard room was very spacious and the shower had been updated. the golf course dining room dinner was delicious and very busy because of that.

This motel part of this property is best described as utilitarian. It seems that little attention has been given to making the room attractive or visually appealing. There are no pictures on the walls, limited toiletries, serviceable furniture. If your reason for choosing the motel is a place to stay while visiting the beautiful golf course it serves its purpose perfectly but offers little else.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The area to the rear of the motel is a beautiful manicured lawn; the pool is large and well equipped. The room was spotless, good quality linens and towels, bed comfortable; it provided everything we needed. The staff was excellent, polite and very responsive.

Wish room had a microwave instead of having to go down stairs

The motel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And it was very quiet there.

There was no microwave. AC wasn’t very cold. For the money you pay it could be more welcoming. Maybe more than 2 chairs in the beautiful big backyard, maybe lawn games, fire pit etc , more decor on walls, etc. overall more incentive to come back.

We found a few pieces of garbage behind the nightstand and under the bed upon checking into the room. It wasn't anything bad enough to make us uncomfortable staying in the same room.

The staff were extremely friendly. Price was affordable and the room was exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy, but got the job done at an affordable rate. Restaurant across the road was fantastic and very convenient. Pool was clean and kids loved swimming!

Shower water pressure needs a boost

The shower head needs to be replaced. Water didn't have alot of pressure and shower head was only half working. Needed a good cleaning or replace. Bed was way to soft but we managed.. pillows were great though!

The AC unit was noisy, did not maintain set temperature, kept us awake, finally went to fan only so we did not have to listen the the unit cycling on and off.

There was no dead bolt and the security chain was not installed (No anchor on the door).

Location was good. Not too far from town and surprisingly quiet. Staff was friendly.
