My only negative comment was they started mowing grass right outside our room #109 @ 8ish in the morning. Checkout is 10. Felt like that was too early to be mowing directly outside of our rental. Also with a 4 o'clock check in felt like it should have been an 11 o'clock checkout.

The accommodation was very nice and really it was much nicer than I was expecting. Great value for Steamboat Co. We had a 2 bedroom with a King and a Queen bed. Updated shower and bathroom area. Don't let the outside fool you. Great location. Breakfast was Continental.

The room could have had more amenities. The frying pan they provided was very dirty and started smoking as soon as it got warm. There was a hole in our water pitcher, and it leaked all over the fridge over night. Every other room I have booked with a kitchen, has had aluminum foil, and salt and pepper, and extra things to help the guests cook meals. That was NOT provided by this place. The room was clean, but not very "warm". There were very little decorations, the area rug was coming up from the tape and tripped me with the way it was causing the rug to curl up, they had the couch propped with some wooden stoppers that they made and they were all crooked, there was bbq sauce on the ceiling and something gross running down the front of the cabinet next to the stove.

I liked the location and the size of the unit. The kitchen is the most important part for me. So that was nice. But i wouldnt have booked a room without a kitchen

The door handles were falling off on a few doors, the door handle came off for the patio door outside, breakfast could have had more options, the body wash dispenser was either or out or very slow to come out (didn't putt try the others), putt wasn't available, and floors needed to be mopped.

Decor, colors, beds were very comfortables, appliances looked nice, furniture, location, price, and there was quite a bit to like.

The outside of the building needs maintenance. I had trouble opening the office entry door. I thought it was locked. The king bed had only one side cabinet and lamp.There was very little room between the windows side of the bed and the air conditioning unit. The breakfast was very basic and unappealing.. We didn't bother.

This is a really nice spacious apartment with all the modern conveniences. It has a full kitchen, a table for 4,a separate bedroom with TV, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower . There is a couch in the living area with TV. This was exceptional accommodation for the money.

Only two complaints: the floorboard heat in the bedroom couldn't be regulated -- it stayed on during our stay -- and there are no bedside reading lamps, only the "spotlights" overhead. Otherwise, the newly renovated rooms are wonderful!

The breakfast choices are still somewhat limited, they could add some peanut butter, bread and oatmeal for limited additional cost. I was able to get plenty of food (and I don’t do well with sugar) but you can’t be a princess about it!

At this point, the hot tub and sauna are open and new. The rooms are very good: completely, totally spotless and large. Hats off to the cleaners. Quiet, too. The staff I met were super nice!

Breakfast could have been better. Cream cheese strawberry flavor only. Regular flavor is better with bagels. Also need to have 2 coffee urns. Requested my safe deposit box to be reset many times but never got done. Parking is a big issue. Not enough.

Lack of kitchen amenities. We had one drinking glass. Plenty of plates and silverware. Please consider adding baking sheets, pizza pan and a larger cutting board.

I thought people were being dramatic at the breakfast being bad but truly it is a couple of stale croissants, don’t bother. Also took 30 min to check in for some reason.

Have stayed here before and after remodel- spacious condos with well-equipped kitchen, beds are comfy and it is quiet. Shuttle is great, 15 min from stepping onto the shuttle to getting on the gondola

Entry to rooms is exterior (like a motel).

The transportation to and from the mountain was exceptional. We took it every day and it was reliable and easy. Also very close to a Safeway, so shopping was a breeze.
