The rating is kind since I am a long term Motel 6 traveler. My partner was sensitive to faint tobacco smells. Possibly in the bedding. We left a clothing item there , called to notify the front desk, stopped by Tuesday to pick it up. It was not returned and likely taken by the housekeeper. I also left a $10 bill for housekeeping. Very disappointing. This comment was also sent to your corporate office.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the noise from cars on the street was a bit of a disturbance. Perhaps considering soundproofing upgrades to the rooms could enhance the experience for future guests.

Staff were nice. She was friendly and smiley.

This hotel is the very definition of basic. Although the bed was comfortable and the shower worked just fine there were no other real comforts. The room was bare (no pictures or decorations), there were two plastic uncomfortable chairs provided, there was minimal space for a laptop (not a desk be the end of the tv unit) and there were no hangers on the short non-enclosed rail. The common areas of the hotel were dirty (corridors looked like they hadn't been vaccuumed for a week) and although the room floor was better.....I did find two long black hairs in my room on arrival (one on the white bed sheets, and one in the bathroom).

The hotel was well located near New Haven, and was priced well compared to other budget options in the area. There was a small fridge and a microwave in the room.

Cleaning staff wouldn't give me a large trash bag so I could bag up extra trash.

I didn't like that we had weak water pressure in the sink and shower it was like taking a shower with a half of cup of water a little at a time all drips no pressure

Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, there was a smell of prior cigarette smoking in the room. While it felt safe, I think there may have been some long term welfare residents living in the facility.

I felt I got what I paid for, which was a clean room in a bare bones setting. The bed was comfortable enough. The area around the hotel seemed safe.

I do not like that the price doesn't match the facilities. This is a place that should be marketed at $60/night for the aesthetics, cleanliness, and overall lack of building maintenance.

The staff are always friendly. The price isn't bad when compared to others in the area.

Hair found on bed, paid for a queen bed and got a full bed, no mini fridge, no full size shower towels, hotel smelled of cigarettes.

It was very busy at night. Like all night long. The doors open and shutting. Dogs barking.

The employees at night was very helpful. When we kept having to have our keys fixed because they didn't work.

One of the wall lamps near the tv didn’t work properly. Pushing the button really didn’t work most of the time. But we finally got it turned on but the only way to shut it off was to loosen the bulb.

We didn’t eat breakfast. The ac worked beautifully plus it was very quiet unlike most air conditioners. The tv was excellent and the room was spacious enough for the few guests we had from the wedding we attended. There was no unnecessary noise and it was very quiet to allow for a peaceful sleep. The staff was especially pleasant.

The feel of the place is "a bare minimum" of evetything. Not enough of funuture, not hot water facilities. In our bath tab the bottom was damaged, and it was sealed with some tape or such.

It is conveniently located, and it has a free parking lot.? The room is big.

We stayed for 6 nights spent a lot of money and because we checked out late twice the lady said we couldn't stay there ever again she was very rude and made us feel like we didn't belong and belittled us
