Saturday, breakfast cold potatoes and had to wait 15 minutes for eggs that didn't have any flavor. Sunday breakfast, no cream cheese out with everything, and when I asked the breakfast attendant for cream cheese, she said that they were out and said" And that's what everybody will ask me all morning."

Staff was so friendly and helpful.

I didn't get my deposit back even though nothing was broke in the room and nothing was wrong when I left

Shampoo was not that great. Very noisy air conditioning that had a mind of its own even when it was not on. Would also love to see a shower by the pool/gym area to use rather than going up to the room

I couldn’t get any local tv stations. When I called the front desk, the man told me they were changing tv servers and apologized. Said it would be a couple of days before it would be back up and running. Not happy!

The breakfast the day before had a crockpot of mixed veggie stew but the second day there was not crockpot of veggies so there wasn’t much healthy for breakfast.

Some of the front desk staff were unpleasant to interact with. One in particular, I believe his name was either Joe or George, who typically works the evening shift- he was very unfriendly and rude at times. When checking in, he was emotionless and unwelcoming; I had to stand at the desk silently, waiting for him to get off his phone to help me check-in. When I asked about the luggage carts that were missing for a long time, most likely used by other guests or left outside rooms, his response was, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do about it." Other hotel staff were more pleasant and friendly to speak with.

The hotel is very clean and modern. We had no issues with the way the hotel was set up. The breakfast was great, and the fancy/futuristic pancake maker was very cool. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and comfortable.

The price

Everything was absolutely perfect. This was the last room to be had in Phoenix or anywhere close to Phoenix due to NASCAR. My daughter was in the hospital so I was desperate for a room and took it. I paid over $300 for 1 night for just a room. It was clean, safe and staff was SUPER, BUT... it was just a room. The Hotel it's self was clean, It has a pool and the lobby is set up with modern furniture for your relaxation. They serve breakfast ( I didn't eat so I do know how good it is ) and I was told they have a little bar that opens in the lobby at 5pm, once again I didn't have a drink so I don't know how it is. It was all clean and modern but as I said I didn't see or experience anything that would make this a $325 dollar room .... and I was told I got a deal !.

The kitchen in the unit rented needed to be better equipped with tea towels, clothes, more dishes, dishwasher cubes, soap, etc. The space itself was great, it just needed more supplies.

Hotel was easy to find, a short distance from I-17, but no traffic noise. Plenty of restaurants and fast-food to choose from. Just 20 miles from entertainment venues. Breakfast selection was hot and cold depending on what you wanted. Coffee machine available 24/7 which dispensed fancy coffees and hot chocolate. Bathroom was elegant with back lit mirror and large shower. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast staff were not so friendly or helpful. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30am. We came in for breakfast just after 9:15am. They had cleaned up most of the breakfast items and were unwilling to provide food or service until 9:30am.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Several visits to the front desk always generated smiles!
