How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I liked the location. It was located perfectly near restaurants and shopping, but was also enough away that it wasn't overly crowded and busy.

The shower had no shelves to put the soap and extremely small shampoo bottle and no safety bars. Breakfast area was very small for such a large hotel. High tech coffee machine had a line of people because it took a while to brew that delicious coffee.

Someone left their fid in our microwave when we first checked in. Didn't like the pool being outside.
It smelled really good when you walk in.

the king bed wasn't comfortable at all, the exaust fan in bathroom wasn't working had to keep door open to use mirror to shave. very noisy in morning because my room was near where they fix breakfast.
overall other than things mentioned , my stay was good.

No fan in bathroom. Had to retrieve own linnens for pull out sofa bed despite common sense saying there’s people clearly needing bed. Front desk staff was either super nice and friendly or completely void of social skills. No in between. The second day crew is the only reason I don’t say this place is terrible

There was a stained (dirty) comforter on one bedding set, and I had to go to front desk to remedy the situation. Staff very apologetic and helpful concerning this. The coffeemaker in the breakfast area is slow and requires the attendant’s expertise often.
The property itself was very clean and within easy reach of everything.

The breakfast attendant was rude. She had a very anti welcoming demeanor.
The receptionist was wonderful, and we were able to get settled once we arrived.

Our room was not turned over 2 of the 3 days even though we hung our tag on the door requesting turn over. We had to trade old towels for clean towels at the front desk.

Limited snack options for late arrivers and no restaurant on property
Clean, convenient, great bed and best a/c we have experienced in a while! Staff was friendly and very helpful, room was comfortable, quiet and clean.

They probably were short on staff perhaps as the trash cans were pretty full in the breakfast/lobby area.
The location was great. There was a cracker barrel restaurant very close to the hotel and that was nice. The morning breakfast was really good. The staff kept the food stocked. The room was nice and comfortable.

The lighting in the room was terrible.
Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Guest Laundry was easy to use. Plenty of parking. Room was a great size. Full kitchen was wonderful.

Would have liked more fresh fruit selections. My husband did NOT like the coffee maker at all. What happened to the regular coffee maker instead of the pods?
Breakfast items were really going quickly and we were lucky to get what we wanted. A little later in the morning and we would have not been able to get yogurt etc. even though there was over an hour until breakfast was over.

I had booked a suite. The pictures show a couch. No couch in the room. It said it was a walk in shower. Nope regular shower tub combo. Really needed the walk in shower since I'm disabled and stepping over the tub is difficult for me. And the tub didn't drain. By the time you got done in the shower it's between your ankles and calves
That it was clean. Super friendly staff

The shower. No place for your dry towel, soap or shampoo. We ask for a shower chair that was missing the front caps so it wobbled. Which didn’t really matter because there was no way my husband could get from his wheelchair to the bath seat. So we were there 4 days doing sponge baths. Such a wheelchair friendly bathroom but it needs a rolling shower.
Beautiful lobby. Good breakfast options. Accessible room very wheelchair friendly.
