Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

India4 of us stayed in one room..basically for sleeping . The AC was not working despite reporting to the front desk nothing was done , 2nd night after haggling with the front office staff for one hour they arranged another room. BF was so so..nothing much to talk about

ArmeniaYou can’t open the window yourself, and in our case, even staff couldn’t open it. We had to leave the door open to get fresh air. Breakfast is okay, but you need to come before 9:30, or food might already be gone. The internet connection was very bad. There was renovation work going on, which caused some inconvenience—we weren’t informed in advance. Also, although I had confirmed luggage storage before booking, they first refused to take our bags after checkout. Only after insisting did they agree. Staff were quite indifferent. With better service, this hotel could be much more pleasant.
The rooms are mid sized and clean, and the location is super convenient. Housekeeping came every day, which was great.

United StatesThe front desk staff recommended an alternative ride to Uber which was a scam. It was at least as expensive as Uber but couldn't fit the number of people in that they said. When we tried to cram in, the driver couldn't speak English and was unable to fix the problem. It was dangerous and highly uncomfortable. eventually we had to run for the subway in our wedding outfits. This happened going to the wedding and to some others in our party coming home. Seems like they try to scam all the hotel guests into their ride service that is overpriced and doesn't have seating room for the number they say it will.
Nice clean room close to the running park along the river and a fun neighborhood where my daughter could go buy good falafel.
