Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWhile very acceptable, room and bathroom fittings beginning to look rather jaded with the passage of time. Still exactly the same as when we started visiting 20 years ago. One obvious update needed is plentiful USB ports.
Breakfast good. Swimming pool open time of 10 am silly as anyone wanting to use it for exercise at the start of their day should be able to have early access. It was noted that some guests anyway ignored the rule. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom looked a little out of date with the old tile but it really does blend in with the overall look of the buildings. United StatesI was told I was getting a queen bed. It was a full so a bit crowded for me. The shower temp would change from hot to cold unexpectedly. Shower head was not adjustable. I am short so water to my face unavoidable.My booking description said there would be a coffee maker in my room. No coffee maker. With this said, Staff was very nice and the room was not bad.It served its purpose well. Also breakfast was very good. Eggs were fresh, bacon, sausage, potatoes , muffins were fresh daily. Location was great.
