-No coffee maker, had to purchase one for my use. -Water pressure in kitchen was very low, made washing any dishes/sink very challenging. -There were no dish towels or dish cloths at all in kitchen. -Sharp hazardous corner along edge of shower stall, cut my leg on the first night. -memory foam mattress didn't offer much support. Slept most nights on sofa.

The location was perfect for my needs, 4 minute walk to the beach each day. The area was very quiet/peaceful, perfect for my vacation.

The air freshener was so strong I had to do a breathing treatment…we turned them down and opened the door to air out and it was much better.

There wasn’t a washer drier on the property, so I couldn’t dry damp towel and such. The apartment felt damp with humidity.

Roach in the bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and there was a horrible odor that kept me from sleeping. Very muggy and damp smelled like mold.

Property could use maintenance. There were down palm tree fronds and porch space was not as advertised. Debris in the back, pile of rocks marked by a cone and down lines from power pole.

Very dated, drapes, pillows and sofa were dingy! We were in the back of unit. Kind of dark and gloomy. the back yard could use some cleaning in landscape.

Dear management team, I am writing to inform you of some concerning issues I encountered during my stay at one of your bungalows in Cocoa Beach. Upon arrival, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Specifically, there were dead roaches found behind the curtains, as well as lizards on the window panel inside the bungalow. Additionally, there were no curtains covering the bathroom window, compromising privacy during showering. Furthermore, the towels provided were in poor condition. As a YouTuber who reviews various accommodations for my subscribers, I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention before sharing my experience online. Apartment is not as it appears on pictures. We had problems to open door, never received the door code…after long travel all that was annoying to call to owner etc … we were getting a Booking confirmation from some kind of middleman Uros who gave us wrong info about check in. the sofa bed in living room is not suitable for sleeping, you can feel iron structure under your back. The quality of bedsheets is very poor. Bathroom door does not close. Kitchen is very well equipped. The whole place needs much more care.

There was nothing not to like!!!

Eunice, the host/owner is one of a kind. She is so easy to work with and so helpful. She has really made this property so homey and cozy. I can not say enough good things about her. I traveled with my mother and she is very picky to say the least but she LOVED this place and Eunice. We are very excited that we have found "our place" whenever we come to visit family. She has everything you could need for home and beach. I truly can not wait til our next visit!! Thank you Eunice.
