No free parking anywhere. Parking rates are very pricey. Only a couple of fast food places in the area to choose from.

The bungalow and property were very nice, clean, roomie, comfortable, guest accommodating, and very peaceful. Within a short walking distance to cocoa village, the beach, and other fun activities. Also, within a short drive of many other activities (Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Kennedy Space Center, etc.)

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations

I loved the decoration of the place—every detail was carefully chosen, making it feel cozy and relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great air conditioning, and everything was super clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect—just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent—always helpful and friendly.

There's a defective gutter above the front door of porch that leaks on your head when walking in if it has been raining.

It's short walking distance to the beach.

We went out to the enclosed patio for our morning coffee. Unfortunately I could not stay there. Either Noseeums or possibly fleas in the outdoor carpet. Those lil buggers bit my legs. They didn't bother my husband though. We stayed end of April 2025 for 3 nights

Bungalow was very cute and clean. Convenient location. Close to beach, grocery store. Has everything you need and more.

Lots of rules,perhaps due to the fact we are not accustomed to VRBO. Ie:gathering all laundry,presumably sheets etc to laundry machine

The brown anode lizards. They’re harmless but creeped my wife out lol. Not the property’s fault. This is Florida and they are everywhere. Some are very tiny but lightning fast. Try not to let one get in.

A cute little bungalow within walking distance of the beach and quite a few dining options. It had everything we needed and wanted. We stayed 5 days before a week long cruise from Port Canaveral. The entire unit is nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and smart tvs we’re in both bedrooms and living room. The screened in exterior was a nice place to hang out. AC worked flawlessly and no real issues other than a broken front screen door handle. We just didn’t lock the side screen door or we could have accidentally locked ourselves out. I texted Adam to let him know so it could be taken care of after we left. As for the review mentioning that the shower knob didn’t stop water from pouring from the spout, there is a trick to that. Just pull up on the knob (it will stay up, no need to hold it) on the spout BEFORE turning on the water and it works flawlessly. Good water pressure. Both washer and dryer were used and worked well. TIP. Don’t park and pay the ridiculous $5 per hour parking at the city beaches Either walk over or better yet drive a few miles south to a free one (Tables Beach) with loads of parking that also has a water rinse, picnic pavilion, and dumpster. Owned by Patrick AFB but open to the public. No restroom facilities at any beach I found and they don’t seem to rake the sand at all but we were there in the off season.

This is a great little beach house just a few blocks from Cocoa Beach. It was very clean and well equipped. Checkin and checkout was straight forward. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of fun restaurants close by. We loved our morning coffee in the screened porch area. We would definitely stay again!

No complaints.

The beach and restaurants were within walking distance, so we rarely used the car during our visit. There are good restaurants and live music entertainment in the neighborhood. The bungalow is so comfy and well furnished, just perfect!

Adams place was beautiful. It is centrally locate in the old Cocoa Beach area. You are in the middle of Cocoa Beach by the Tiny Turtle, Coastal Market & Fat Donkey! All of my fav's! The house had beach chairs, beach towels and other beach stuff so you don't have to worry about packing or bringing with you, that alone is a "10"! It is located just a couples blocks in from the beach which made it perfect so you didn't hear people driving by all night. I loved it had a screen porch, it would be a great place to gather if you brought friends and family. I felt very safe and comfortable in the house. I will defiantly be staying there again if it's open when I return!

Exceeded expectations! Perfect location. Walk to beach, restaurants and local shops. Host was readily accessible and very pleasant. We are planning to go back next year! Thanks Adam for a great stay!!!

This little bungalow was perfect!

Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing bungalow with just a short walk to the beach. Just a little longer walk, and you are right downtown in the heart of things at Coconuts on the Beach. If you aren't looking for nightlife or drinks you always have the adorable kitchen that has everything you need to prep food and drinks. Well equipped with towels, including beach towels, and even some beach chairs and toys. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday getaway spot.

The shower needs fixing. When turning on the shower, it was not at full capacity. Water was still coming out of the tub faucet.

Very quiet and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Good location. Felt like home away from home.

That it only had one bathroom and that the place is next to another home and you could the neighboring home (vacuum at 8 in the morning). Also, it may have needed a little more toilet paper. We were given two total.

The place was very cozy and cute. I loved that it had enough linens, towels, comfy bed, all the necessities while staying there. The location was great. Close to the beach and about a 10 minute drive to the pier.

2 blocks from the beach! 1 block from a great gym! Food everywhere! Quiet cute place that was very comfortable and accommodating, even included beach supplies.
