The hotel should rethink its breakfast concept. Plastic consumption is immense. There were piles of plastic on every table during breakfast. The hotel should take responsibility here and move away from plastic and towards fresh and environmentally friendly products. Keyword Green Label. There has been the tv on all day long, which is not appropriate for such a hotel.

The rooms are functional and very clean, the breakfast with waffle and omelette station. The staff is very nice. Free parking.

Great hotel! New building, comfortable beds, big room, and bathroom. Excellent breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Good relaxing area with a pool. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. My family loved this hotel.

Didn't like the sound of someone stomping around in the room above mine. The bedroom carpet was dirty. Each day after crawling around the room on my knees as part of my morning exercise routine, the tops of my toes on both feet were filthy. The air conditioner was far too noisy in the room.

I was grateful for the assistance afforded by the Receptionist on my arrival, on train services to San Diego. I was very impressed with the huge amount of space I had in my room. I was very satisfied with the delicious omelets cooked purposefully for me at breakfast.

Floors were a little thin. Heard kids running up and down the hall on the floor above us really early in the morning. Very annoying!! Water pressure out of the shower was very weak also.

Breakfast was great. Fresh omelettes were a hit!! Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and overall hotel was very clean and rooms were more spacious than expected. More than what was expected. Thank you to all staff!

The water pressure in our sink came out in a slow stream. Was hard to brush our teeth and wash our hands.

We appreciate that Ayres has electric chargers handy for our Tesla. Makes a huge difference. Also, the breakfast each day featuring fresh omelets was great.

In-room entertainment. Booking.com said that there was a DVD player so my 6yo son picked his favorite movies to bring and was ready to play one, only to find out that there wasn't one. And the TV, which looked beautiful, had only cable. We've seen Netflix and Disney+ at other hotels. It's a relatively minor thing, but it did matter to my family. Also, there was no check-in parking space. I had to park at the end of the hotel and walk all the way back to the lobby to check-in. Fortunately I was clever and left my stuff and my family in the car while I did that, then went back after I found out where my room was. And the front desk manager was very helpful. He brought a luggage cart to the back door for me, and I could park close to it and then take everything just a short way to my room. It worked out for me but I saw other people rolling their suitcases the full length of the hotel to check in. The pool was nice for us now (I have small children) but it was not big or deep enough for adults, really. It could use an upgrade. Lastly, we wanted to order lunch from your bar & grill, but it wasn't open. Maybe you could take orders for lunch from guests only?

The front desk was helpful and friendly, especially on arrival. I think we called twice for things (pillows and I forget what else) and the responses were quick. The hotel was clean, comfortable and felt very safe. We had a good time in the pool in the morning - it gets a nice amount of sunlight.

I liked everything except wish the swimming pool was a little larger. But no complaints

The hotel was exceptional. Very well appointed and very clean. It was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. The breakfast had omelets to order, waffles, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. Along with cereals, fruits and more. Very pet friendly but has a fee. I will definitely be going back to Ayres Hotels.
