Rm 217 the first night the Heater was not working, and we Freeze to death and the Second Night we moved to Room 219 and the heater was Great but like the first room was Dirty , toilets was dirty, the Floor was not swept. The refrigerator and microwave was not clean .

The staff were nice and friendly. .The beds were comfortable.

No coffee pot. No phone in room to call front desk. Sheets had holes, one trash can in room. Also, no hangers. Tv worked but was fuzzy. Only needed to stay one night so it was ok but if those items were there or working properly rate would have been better.

There was no amenities in the room. The pillows were flat. The TV remote didn't have a cover over the batteries. TV only had basic channels.

Bathroom floor had a piece of some sort of wrapper behind the door and several long hairs. Sink also had a few long hairs and a little "wet paper" in the drain. Not completely sure the sheets were changed, unless the sheets were just old. They didn't have that crisp cleanness to them.

There is a lot of construction going on in the office. Had to wait too long for someone to even hear me calling for help. The room had obviously been renovated, but bathroom floor and sink were dirty. Also found 2 roaches in our 2 night stay.

No breakfast like the website says. In fact the lobby is closed. My biggest complaint was the fact that the staff opened our door WITHOUT KNOCKING OR ANNOUNCING THEMSELVES IN ANY WAY. They just opened the door on 3 separate occasions without so much as an apology. Who does that?!

The mold over the shower in room 121 and the floor was Sweaty I almost bust my ass going to the restroom. The fact that it was our second time coming and each time we had to switch rooms either the heater didn’t work in Rm# 217 and 219 had holes in the room , then the second time 219 toilet was broke and 121 floor was a mess .

I had to leave and go stay at a friend’s house due to the party in the room next-door that was so loud. My service animal was on edge and I suffer from PTSD and nobody stopped it so I had to leave the facility till I could check out the next morning And there was urine upside down on a pillow in the bed when we checked in

My room has tons of condensation. My floor and bathroom was literally wet and in water. Stay wasn’t as enjoyable for the price.

No pool or breakfast even though it was stated in the listing. Dead roach on bed, bed was made but dirt between sheets. Not cleaned well at all it was nasty, black residue all over mirror and cigarette ash and ashtray in supposed non smoking room. Top inside safety look on door was removed. We refused to stay!

The poll was closed and they didn’t have breakfast which the amenities where part of the reason I chose this motel. Also they didn’t come the second day and give towels or take out trash I had to request both.

The refrigerator had old food in it. The freezer had green liquid all at the bottom of it. There was no tissue in the bathroom, and the tub was not clean. The back of the bathroom door had old blood or something smeared on it. Thank God me, my wife and our 2 year old daughter was only staying there for about 8 hours. I was honestly scared to let my daughter sleep on the pillows. Never again

The price was pretty good for the location being close to a beach.

Room was close to Stairs people running up and down the stairs all night. And people on floor above us were very noisy thru the night . Very difficult to sleep
