The fact that I had to clean my own room because it wasn’t cleaned. and they charge you a 100 deposit on the rooms. When there is holes In the walls wires showing.

The room was extremely run down. There was no counter space by the sink. There was just the sink. The place was jut bad.

No designated area for dogs, outside trash bins were overflowing with trash, lack of plugs for mobile devices.

Location.... tweekers hanging out in the courtyard, parking lot. Crouded, low budget crummy part of town.

Seemed to be many long term residents; $150 deposit for 2 nights; facility didn't have a clean smell

Window in room was left open so the air conditioner didn't work well. Electrical outlets didn't work. There were not enough outlets. The room was very humid. Maybe air conditioner was not working well. There were not enough towels and wash cloths. We had to go to to the front desk 2 times for towels. Each time they didn't have any at the front desk. They had to run to the laundry area that was in the basement. They seamed to be short staffed.

Over all the location was great.

Paying $100 deposit that still is on hold in bank account. Changed rooms, there were baby roaches in bathroom, the person in front desk moved us to another room.

Outrageous incidental charge for a hotel that isn’t very updated. I’ve never had a $150 incidental charge at a 5 star hotel even. This is also not stated anywhere when booking. Got a surprise at check in after traveling all day.

Good location and nice people. The toilet in the room wouldn’t flush, but it was taken care of quickly.

Everything was fine.

We got the King suite with jacuzi. It was nice. The only suggestion would be to offer some bubble bath. We will be going back, it's our new "get away". Out of town without going waaay out of town. The cost was great. It's affordable.

Pool was closed and breakfast was 6a-9a and we got there at 7:10 and it wasn’t set up. We were on a tight schedule so no food for us in the am was a huge turn off.

public areas could have been cleaner. Bathroom sink was damaged and fixtures were mismatched. Only two towels and one washcloth for two people were provided. Sheets on one of the beds had stains on it and we alerted housekeeping, who changed it immediately. Key cards failed every evening.

Nice breakfast options, I always look forward to the waffles. Comfortable beds and pillows. Non-English speaking housekeeping staff facilitated communication by using a translation app on her phone-- smart!

The TV remote had already been stolen, the hot water barely worked the furniture inside the room was in poor condition my beard trimmer tripped the breaker and blacked out the room.
