Would have preferred real dishware and cutlery at breakfast and/or a compost bin for the compostable cups and plates. The food area also felt a bit cramped. Could be better organized. These are minor complaints though for an overall excellent stay.

Amazing stay with lots of thoughtful touches like water bottle refills, shuttle bus stop to town right at the front door, afternoon cookies and charcuterie.

I called about a tent for our room and was told it would be set up when we arrived. It was not and when I asked they said they were all in use and none available for us. Was told I would be notified when one was available, but we never got one.

So very family friendly!! Lots of stuff in their back yard to do, it was nice to just let my little boys play outside. It was a little too cold for the pool so we never went in, plus no time. But it looked very nice. Very clean and breakfast was fantastic!!!!! Lots of options every day. So nice to just walk down the hall and eat and not have to worry about going out early. I even walked to the town center one night, it's about a mile away! They also have various activities each night, though we did not participate due to busy days and bedtimes.

The breakfast offerings were very good. There was ample variety. Items were promptly replenished and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was ample, free parking and a convenient shuttle to the town. There was a bistro in the property across the road if you didn’t want to head back to town for dinner.

The hotel has very thin walls / ceilings, so you can hear your neighbors talking or walking above you.

Location is great. It’s close to everything but just outside of the busy downtown. The free shuttle that stops by the hotel to take people downtown is a very nice bonus. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Free breakfast was good, and they had coffee, cold water, paper plates / bowls out all day, which is a nice touch!

pool was great yo have on site with plenty of towels. i do wish that someone supervised the pool at times as some kids got pretty crazy running & jumping into the pool & wizzing footballs past peoples head.

every staff member we met was amazing & extremely helpful. the hotel was clean & well maintained. shuttle line service is key during the busy months so this was helpful .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is about 1 mile from the town center, and the island shuttle comes to pick up at the hotel. It's truly a great value.

Parking was a problem. And Bar Harbor is loosing its desirability as a pleasant place to visit. Traffic and the crowds were horrible

We really liked the motel and had an excellent stay there. The room was very nice and spaces. The beds were very comfortable. The stuff were very friendly and went out of they way to help. Very good breakefast. The location is good and not far from Acadia NP. Their is a free shuttel from the motel that takes into the bar harbour village.
