I wasn't crazy about taking the stairs up to the property from the parking area. They had a issue with the help/employees on Sunday morning. They no-showed for the breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 8:15. Other guests and I were upset, was messing up our schedule. However it appears the owners are trying to make good on that with a small refund, so I appreciate that. We all know things happen with employees.

I liked the location for the B&B. My room was fine, no access to the deck that other had. The tub with jets was nice after days of hiking. I loved the gazebo outside by the (non-operational) pool - I marveled at the design/construction and had it to myself in the evening, very peaceful.

Bed was too soft and minimal room between end of bed and window. My husband kept tripping over the end of the bed. Pool did not look clean. Perhaps it was just the room we had.

breakfast was good, Jo was very hospitable.

Loved the property, beautiful house, Jo is absolutely loving person and she prepared for us such a beautiful breakfast, loved to chat with her! We had a bathtub which was a nice plus. 20 min drive from the park south entrance, very convenient. Coffee machine + nice cozy living area.

The house felt like home, warm and cozy, also spacious. Breakfast in the mornings were homemade especially the delicious pancakes. The view is spectacular. After a day of activity in Yosemite, soaking in the bathtub soothed any aches and relaxed the body.

It's a small B&B just around the corner of Yosemite NP. As we had informed the owner that we were newlyweds, a small gift was waiting for us - a lovely gesture! Our room was spacious with a big bathtub at our disposal. Breakfast was fairly surprising, as all guests (4 couples) sat around one table where the innkeeper prepared a homemade breakfast. Nice experience, but may be intimidating for those less sociable guests.

Check In was slightly confusing, we had arrived 30 minutes before check in and was happy to wait/confirm we were okay to park the car prior to check in but there was no one present when we arrived, the signs said to check confirmation email but we hadn’t received that and the number on the phone provided didn’t dial out. If the an email had been sent earlier with an explanation of how the check in process worked and that a code would be sent at check in time it would had been helpful. Also the pool was still being cleaned after check in time meaning it was not available to use until half six. There was a really strong smell of cigarettes in the property, and when the guests in the next room to us were smoking the smell consumed our room even with the windows shut to the point where the smell woke us up repeatedly through the night.

A true home from home with lots of added extras such as games, guidebooks and the complimentary delicious cooked breakfast. The room was large with a fantastic jacuzzi bath. The owners were very warm and welcoming, with great information about the local area. The location was perfect for Yosemite and not far from local shops/restaurants. Free parking and wifi was also available.

Bathroom only had a tub, no shower. Stairs to tub very high, would not be acceptable for older people. Wardrobe weirdly located in room with toilet bowl. Room was not ready at 3pm checkin, staff was in a hurry and not well prepared, also for breakfast the next day.

Close to yosemite national park south entrance, to bass lake and to oakhurst shops. Good location, nice host. Cozy athmosphere and easy to get to know people. Probably in winter it’s very cozy

Bathtub was good but if you want a shower, there isn't one. It sits between Oakhurst and Wawona, so no shops, markets or restaurants nearby. A bit pricey considering it is a B&B.

Cozy Bed & Breakfast in the middle of the mountains. Room was big, very comfortable bed and linen. Surroundings very peaceful and quiet but neighboring rooms can be heard. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast complete with pancakes, juice, yoghurt and fresh fruits.

They did forget to arrange the gluten free food and the pool was looking dirty so we didn’t swim.

A great property that’s in a good spot, great staff and service. The breakfast is quality and appreciated the amazing coffee in the morning. The drive into Yosemite can be a bit taxing over a few days, especially if doing half dome but would highly recommend.

There are no lights when you are going up the stairs to get inside the house, safety wise this was concerning. The pool was not inviting as it has not been cleaned, it had huge bugs and lots of leaves in it. No kitchen access allowed to even make a pot of coffee so while waiting for the caretaker to get up and make some I tried to make a k cup coffee but there was only decaf and so we opted to check out early and skip out on breakfast (we didn’t find out until arriving that breakfast is vegetarian only so that was also disappointing and all the more reason to leave early)

The room itself was cozy. Mattress and bedding were comfortable. Mini fridge in the room and bottled water much appreciated. The tub was nice and deep. Over all I was very comfortable in the bedroom. The wild life around the property is also really a highlight of this space. We saw a family of about 20 quail just taking a stroll.

The double room Country Rose is small and cramped, with the double bed sideways to the wall. The beds and furniture are a bit jaded. The type of noisy and sub-optimal mobile A/C.

Excellent location for a stay over to or from Yosemite. Great homemade breakfast with fresh omelet and blueberry pancakes. Great view from the quadruple room (the Garden Rose). Nice and clean pool and pool area. Nice little terrace with a table and two chairs outside the Country Rose. Good recommendation by the host to visit nearby Bass Lake for evening drinks and dinner.

Uncleanliness. The bed looked clean but the rest of the room was not. There was a used coffee cup in the chair. The jet tub had a used corn remover (assuming from previous visitors). I was looking forward to using it too but was completely disgusted. Refrigerator had mold inside 😒
