“Facilities are excellent! Everything is new but there were still trash in the trash bins when we got to our room. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable we had in a long while but we did not have a good sleep because of the noise coming from the room above us (we were on the second floor). Someone was running around and jumping/smashing the floor with a heavy object all night. Even just footsteps can bed heard.”
