“All the good things you’d expect from a Hilton - staff welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable (and excellent view of the New York skyline - extra for that though). Breakfast buffet or a la carte so that was good too, as were the choices.”

“I didn’t like anything about the property. It stank badly — the bin area was disgusting. The toilet kept blocking, the remote controls didn’t work, the windows wouldn’t lock, and the blinds were broken, letting in constant light. The place was cold and drafty. Overall, it was a very poor and uncomfortable stay.”
