“We missed breakfast as we thought it was until 10am but the lady in the breakfast area Tiffany was so lovely and gave us a pack to take away with coffee toast, yoghurt and fruit to take away she was so accommodating, pleasant and so friendly. Ted who drove the shuttle bus to the airport was so fabulous, again so courteous and helpful The bar man had so much charisma he was so chatty I do forget his name, as we kept on calling him Steve but it wasn't Steve, it was a pleasure to sit in his company. All excelled customer service. please relay our thanks to the staff.”

“The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. When we could smell cigarette smoke in our room the first morning, they went above and beyond to investigate and make sure the room was fresh for us on our second night. No issues on the second night with any bad smells. Also, the breakfast was incredibly delicious!”

Beds were comfortable/acceptable and the rest of the room worked for our overnight stay. Lots of parking available and others have mentioned, it can be tricky to get to. If I remember correctly, the service road to it is off N Westhill Blvd..”

“The staff here went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and it was actually a shame to leave, I could not have asked for anything else, there was a friendly welcome at the front desk, a friendly face at breakfast and a friendly face at check out too. My room was very clean and of a very good size, the facilities in this hotel also were good, although I didn’t have time to use them I did have a look, and everything was so well kept. I would recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!”
