NetherlandsThe showers didnt work easily, getting hot and cold. The spa was broken and in the gym half of the machines didnt work. The room was a bit dated, and then one day there was just an invasion of lake flies.
This is one of the best places to be. The location is excellent, close to the airport. The garden and lake side views are unmatched. The food is very good.

Hong KongOverall not much to complain about. The rooms are well maintained but felt a little worn out. But it was very acceptable and we enjoyed our stay. While free shuttle service was provided, the 2-3 mins ride from the airport to the hotel became over 30 mins due to heavy traffic getting out of the airport. Not the fault of the hotel though. The driver Saddiq did kept us engaged and interested by introducing Uganda and Entebbe to us while were stuck in traffic. That was very nice of him.
We arrived on a Sat afternoon. There was the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is right by lake shore and the view was great. In the hotel there were families enjoying the weekend by the pool side. The vibe of the hotel was quite relaxing and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good. Facilities were nice and well maintained. The hotel is also right next to a public beach where locals were partying, but we did not go to the beach because of the crowd.
