Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SpainMusic a little bit loud in the restaurant during the weekend. Breakfast is good, but other food of the restaurant is average (looks good but not tasty).
Confortable, well-equipped and quiet room, well-located hotel. Good wifi (internet was not available during one night, but was solved in the very early morning). Very nice terrace. I recommend this hotel!

I got inconsistent sizes of my to go coffee on two separate occasions (mid to small) with no change in the pricing and this wouldn’t have been changed had I not insisted

The hotel is an oasis of cleanliness, order and peace in the middle of an otherwise very dirty and ugly city. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant. Our room was very spacious. We also used the free parking.

The room was awesome, and the upgrade was worth it. Nice interior design within the rooms which uplifts your mood after walking around corridors which are interestingly painted black which gives an experiential experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I was in a suite on a higher floor with a nice view. Room was very clean and kept that way. Anything I needed or asked for was provided. Kitchen and bar were available late into the night for a night cap or late bite. Breakfast was good and the lunch buffet was excellent. A special mention to Rodney and his team who provide Onomo's car service. A wonderfully flexible, on-request service that made traversing Kampala easier and way more comfortable.

SpainNoisy in the evening when there is music in the restaurant-bar, which opens unto the terrace and can therefore be heard even from the 5th floor. Swimming-pool is only for decoration, not for use. Service is slow at the restaurant-bar and food is not that tasty. Big-size coackroach in the room. At the end, nothing very bad!
Confortable, clean, modern, well-equiped, good-wifi. Flexible and accomodating with dates (my flight was cancelled and I arrived one day later), this was very appreciated. I would come back.

The breakfast is exceptional. They have quite a delectable spread which I thoroughly enjoyed. The Hibiscus iced tea was a touch of class.

IrelandThe outdoor pool was disappointing, too small and situated next to the outdoor dining area. We decided not to use it.
In nice safe location of Nakasero. Room was spacious and very modern, we particularly liked the separate shower and toilet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of nice attention to detail in the room. The breakfast buffet was very nice with options for vegetarians. The seating area for eating is very tasteful and relaxing. The staff was pleasant. There's a small gym and a weights room.
