GPS / google maps doesn’t give accurate directions so it took a while to find, which was not fun on bumpy roads in the dark. I would ask the staff to provide written directions ahead of time. The parking is quite crowded and was difficult to maneuver. The bathroom faucet was leaking into the cupboard but didn’t affect our stay.

This was a beautifully decorated house with fantastic customer service, a delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, a n spacious bathroom with a nice hot shower, and beautiful balcony views! The staff made an adjustment to make us breakfast a half hour earlier than they normally offer (6:30am) due to our son having an emergency. They were so kind and helpful, and I highly recommend!

Cockroach in the room but I'm sure a little fumigation could fix this.

After being disappointed by my original accommodation, I was very well welcomed. My room was comfortable and I really enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. I also loved the convenience of it being so near the airport. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful.

We were on the floor with the kitchen so it was a bit noisy , no isolation system, it can be a problem for someone who wants to sleep early or stay in bed late

View on the lac, no access but it is a very relaxing and beautiful view. The hotel is new so everything is functioning well, rooms are clean , breakfast is nice and the staff are very welcoming

The staff is amazing. Kind and helpful. Diana and Immy made our stay relaxing and pleasant. Complimentary shuttle from the airport. Delicious breakfast. Mosquito nets around the beds. Beautiful view of lake Victoria! Would stay here again.

Poor internet as they don’t have dedicated internet ,it’s shared based internet on the same ,so you have to rely on mobile data heavily although staff tried their best to handle the issue but I believe their source of Internet is not working so forget about heavy work from this facility . Flat screen but no channels expect from one movie and news channel and quality is poor, No Gym no swimming pool so per night cost higher as compared with many 3 star hotels in Kampala , inside the accommodation you can hear the voices when people talk or talk loudly in other rooms.

Cleaning, views from the rooftop and windows and balconies, staff is very supportive and willing to help and reasonable breakfasts (I was having only meal here). Fridge and microwave along with utensils are available in the main kitchen, hot water always there any time during the day .Air-conditioning and pedestal fan are available and working ,electric kettle is also available ,place is quite in general

The rooftop is amazing to chill out on and watch the sunset, the staff were so kind & warm, and the made the most amazing chipati with omelette to take away for breakfast given my early start. I went for a lovely stroll in the area and saw some of the local village life. People were so kind and I felt very safe walking around in the day as a solo female traveller. Airport pick up was included with my stay which was so handy! I wanted to try something local for dinner, and they made me matoke with smoked fish in peanut sauce. Something local and off the menu.

Great stay in Nimaro Courts for 1 night. The staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast was good and the view from the rooftop is amazing! Recommended for short stay.

-WiFi at times was abit unstable, I tried to have 2 online work meetings but the wifi connection did not cooperate for the first meeting. It was good for the 2nd meeting but it is Africa, WiFi connectivity won’t always be stable/ perfect. -Sometimes the staff might forget one or two items on the breakfast order on occasion - but the staff would often notice & rectify this themselves which I appreciated. - Sometimes I did wish there were more supermarkets close by within walking distance but it’s ok cause Victoria shopping mall was less than 10 minute drive with the hotel driver which was great. I don’t have any real cons or issues about the hotel. Overall all the staff were professional, helpful, polite & hardworking & the place was clean with working amenities. I felt safe & relaxed & will 100% be coming back to stay again, I think my family would love it there too just as much as me and my friend did. Listen up all my fellow westerners/ Ugandan dysphoria this hotel is the place to be when coming to stay in Uganda. Plus it’s close to the airport! So many fun things and places to go to and see off tik tok etc.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the basics, I felt compelled to book this hotel after reading all the positive reviews I saw about it online, that brought me comfort and peace. Upon arrival the driver from the hotel was waiting for me at the airport when I landed. I was greeted by the all of the lovely staff that are ranted and raved about in the previous historic reviews such as Diana, Susan, Ester, Justine, Benson, Simon & many more. Diana welcomed me, showed me my room and explained everything to me inside of it such as the Air con & the shower & then I had my breakfast order taken. I had super hot clean water from the shower throughout my entire stay. A working air con machine when it over heated at night. Breakfast was always offered to be either in the lounge, the beautiful rooftop or your bedroom (which I loved). All of the staff were extremely helpful if you called on the room service for any issues. I was worried that when I was coming down by myself there could be initial risk of being taken advantage of by price increase upon hearing a British accent. I feel blessed to be able to say that this did not occur thank god and that I was well looked after and felt safe. I was treated like a human being a not seen as a cash cow🤣. They also had a driver that was able to assist me and my friend when we wanted to go to the mall or go and sight see. The staff would let us know the rate in advance before having the driver take us out & there was no hidden additional fees which I appreciated. The breakfast was great and so was the lunch/dinner. The staff work extremely hard to keep the place clean at all times & they offer to clean your room too. The staff tell you if you want to watch TV let them know and then they will put on the channel for your room, it’s operated by the staff is my understanding. When I ordered dinner for myself and my friend it was handy they always had a working card machine.

I was there for three days, no one came to clean the room, had to ask for bottle water each morning. No warm water to shower until the third day when I was leaving. KUDOS to Diana, she is excellent at her job. She is very attentive to your needs.

The place was very clean. A good stay if you're looking for peace and quiet. Beautiful surrounding, a nice view of Victoria Lake.
