The location was great for us. The staff was wonderful, kind and were there to serve guests. Nice big bathroom with plenty of hot water for showers. WiFi worked very well! We arrived at 5:30 am and the staff was ready with our room and helped us with luggage.

Very Friendly Staff and room was clean

I was expecting room with its own bathroom (en-suite). However room we were given the bathroom was not attached but across the common passageway. I was told this was what a private bathroom meant?? Only en-suite means bathroom attached to room. Bed was only queen size - too small for me (im large) and my wife. I believe this meaning of "private bathroom" is misleading marketing information.

The breakfast was pleasant, quite filling and was served hot.

I didn't like the slow service and the attitude of the staff (especially the ladies at the reception).

Hostess stayed up until 130am to greet me after my delayed flight, which was much appreciated. Very friendly staff, a comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and a good location near the airport. Highly recommended.

Clean, Quiet and so friendly. The food is so delicious and fresh, the pizza is the best in Entebbe and a must try.

The staff are amazing and so very helpful. The food was amazing and the location was well placed and very peaceful.

We stayed for 1 night before an outbound flight and it was excellent. Sean and Esther were very friendly and helpful, Sean even made us a nice breakfast at 5am for our early flight. Room is comfortable and cool and bathroom and shower very good

The ladies at reception and restaurant are great, very lovely, kind and bubbly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, lots of nooks to relax and some tables with power sockets to work all day, super comfy. The food is good, lots of healthy and vegetarian options. Wifi works relatively well, even enough for streaming! Love the cat, not so much the monkeys who occasionally showed up. The bedrooms are nice, bed very comfortable, with mosquito nets and ceiling fans. The separate bathroom is not too much of an issue, only 3 rooms share it.

The room I had (number 3) opens to the outdoors kitchen area, so during the day until 10 or 11 pm you can hear EVERYTHING, every knife dropped, dish clonked, food frying, every conversation (all the noises of a kitchen basically), so not private and not quiet at all. Thankfully, no kitchen smells.

Lights in bathroom didn't work I had to shower in the dark which isn't ideal. Next morning overhead lights stopped working. The bed abit hard in the middle.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of Entebbe. Lovely, comfortable accommodation. The best food and wine we had in Uganda. The staff were fantastic.
