The Jet villas employees are very helpful and kind, always helping when needed. The location was great for the stop after arriving at night in Uganda. We have also booked a day room here to rest and refresh before flying back home. We had a good experience.

The charging system needs to be revised - charge per double room - we need to see the correct amount of money online than gey surprises whilst paying.

$15 each for dinner is quite steep (especially as we weren't given starters, and only 1 of us had dessert, yet were still charged the full price), as is $15 for a short airport shuttle ride (and our driver wasn't waiting for us, I had to contact the manager who eventually got hold of him to meet us). Price of the stay itself is good value for money, but when adding these necessary costs to it, it almost doubled the price.

Just like the pictures. Nice to have a water filter in the room, as well as universal plugs, including USB for charging. Nice little touches, like providing tea and coffee in the room, extra toiletries, a gown, etc. I would definitely recommend this as a stopover on the way from or to the airport.

Everything! The room is clean and comfortable and the hot water and shower pressure was amazing! Food in the restaurant was delicious. Geoffrey, the manager, is there for anything you may need. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Entebbe.

Had a wonderful stay here - made even better by the staff - in particular Geofrey who looked after me for the full time I was there. Not only did he help with breakfast, but he kindly gave me local advice on how to travel to Masaka - which worked perfectly. I can’t thank him enough for going over and above the “call of duty” to help me. I will definitely return here. It’s in a nice quiet area but still close to one of the big malls. Also quite a few cafes nearby too. Highly recommended.

The rooms were a bit noisy. You can hear everything that is going on in the hallway and vice versa. Also sometimes the communication could be a bit faster. I only received a message back if my booking was on the same day.

The location, the staff and the looks of the room were amazing. The staff was so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect and the rooms beautiful and comfortable.
