Our bedding wasn’t done. We had to do it ourselves. Bedding wasn’t changed for 4 days until we asked them to do so. Plug socket in the bedroom was making noise and unsafe to use. Socket in living area when taking your plug out pulled the whole socket out so we had to hold down the socket when pulling plug out. Toilets bowl was all black as though it hadn’t ever been cleaned. There was a nail sticking out in the bathroom floor which we had to cover with towel in case we stepped on it. Unfinished work in the bathroom. I never saw anyone cleaning our room as we were emptying our own bins and getting clean towels from reception No hand towels provided. No toiletries provided no clothes rack provided as advertised.

They need to improve on cleanliness of the rooms especially the floors and fix the broken taps and doors. Add more towels as well

The staff are friendly and the manager was very helpful in providing guidance where needed. The food is good and they have an amazing band playing on Saturday. Place is secure and cost is pocket friendly considering its half board.Overall had a good experience as rested while catching up with my friends. Will definitely recommend it.

1. First day turning on the shower, the water was rusty brown. Had to let it run for about 7 mins to clear. 2. Early Sunday evening, out of the blue, they decided to test some speakers - very loud music, voice on the mic, despite having guests. The staff who served me in the room also didn't know what was happening. I initially thought they were gearing up for a function and was ready to check-out. It took me raising a complaint for them to say they were testing the equipment and would soon be done.

1. Location, set in a somewhat quiet area save for the cars that pass by but the windows are kinda sound proof so that helps to reduce the noise. 2. The meal portions are extremely generous, you can hardly finish a meal in one sitting. 3. The bed was super comfy, felt like home. 4. They provide a kettle, tea bags, sugar, milk in the room. 5. The restaurant in the little garden is refreshing with all the green and bright colored flowers around. 6. The masseuse, Fatumah, is the best. She has dextrous hands. 7. They have a swimming pool as well. 8. Most of the staff have great customer care.

Shower & bathroom very dirty & poorly maintained. Dining area needs a bit of attention regarding display & getting nice or new furniture.The whole dining area can do with tender loving care really.furniture is old,table mats wornout,the whole room is dark at least it must be bright & conducive please..This will make guests enjoy meals..Didnt like dining area at all!! At least there must be a phone in the rooms,everytime you want something you have to walk all the way to the reception or you need room service you have to go & walk all the way looking for someone to order then ask for room service..Wow!!

The wifi was spotty, but good enough. The shower drains were clogged and flooded a bit.

Overall it was not a bad spot. The bed was comfortable and the area is pretty quiet at night. The location is good, just near the main road in Muyenga/Kabalagala.

Find a way to move some guest rooms away from the kitchen or create a different access. The noise from the Kitchen doesn't enable guests to rest. The gym and spa is perfect. You can add a fitness center it would be perfect. Please try all your staff to ask for "feedback" from guests and not ask for " complaints" asking for feedback is a better approach to engage with your gets so you can get constructive feedback.

The staff are very friendly and this is very visible right from the reception manager. The location is very convenient near to good restaurants and away from busy Kampala road. The location is perfect and the hotel will even get better as they continue improving on the feedback shared. I would indeed return to stay at Infinity.

Poorly presented breakfast with dry bread and unpropotional fruits........ Dirty,unhygienic, and old towels perfect for rags...... Unprofessional staff,they are not aware of what they are doing...... Safety is not guaranteed as you have to struggle with the door lock for 20 mins + to successfully lock it...... The rooms look like nobody has stayed in them for ages and everything is dusty,from the cups to glasses to spoons..... For my peace of mind,I checked out the same day to another place......
