Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomRooftop bar, gym & pool is brilliant. Rooms are excellent and finished to a really high quality. Staff were all friendly and overly accommodating with my young kids. Even surprising them with some small toys. Don't skip the vegetable paratha at breakfast.

The facility is exceptionally well-maintained and highly secure, with a staff that goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The cleanliness is impeccable throughout.

Premises are quite small overall as its very central, the food menu overall is "ok" but not to my expectation for the star rating of the hotel.
Hotel was nice but overall and well maintained (as it's relatively new).
