The night we were there, several graduation parties went on late into the evening with very loud music. This made it very difficult for everyone in our party to sleep.

The location was an unexpected oasis in the middle of Kampala. The breakfast was also delicious.

As I had booked a single room, the washroom was slightly small for a big guy like me ,I referring to the divider between washroom and showers there wasn't room to keep my feet. But it was manageable, and phew! Alot of steps to climb But overall great

The scenery was good, more greenery in a hidden spot within kololo area, the breakfast was extremely good with chefs preparing eggs the way you like, great side dishes, fruits, tea coffee superb.

We had to wait 45 minutes after we reach the hotel at 4pm to have our room while it was supposed to be ready by 12pm.

Very good breakfast. Clean swimming pool with towels, sauna etc Good food and drinks at the restaurant. Very calm and very green. Welcoming staff.

The bed was a bit short. The tiles in the room give it a bit dark/cold character. Unfortunately, no microwave or cutlery in the room.

Breakfast was great. Free (good) internet. Pool table. Good dinner options. Clean 2-floor room. Good location in the city. Enough parking facilities.

Parking issues and preference is not given to who is sleeping over, its loud since there are many parties going on, kitchen closed early so we had to order food from the Villa. The room photos need to be updated to reflect the reality of whats really going on.

    Good breakfast.

The picture of the room on booking did not look like the one they showed me at all. I had to pay a lot more to get the cottage that was shown on the picture. It smelled a lot of mold downstairs in the cottage. The bedsheets were not clean and had mold. I think it also came through the walls. So I'd get concerned about my health staying their for longer. The interior upstairs is ugly. Especially the glass coffee table, the TV and the TV table. That did not create the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. The downstairs terrace seems odd because there are no sitting options which makes it useless. The light is way too bright and also ruins the vibe.

The best part was that you could go to Kabira Country Club and use the swimming pool and gym for free. I like the cottage and its serenity and the common areas, especially the outdoor sitting. The pool is also nice. Please keep prioritizing the garden that makes this oasis special from other places in the area. The food is good, though the breakfast could use an upgrade to accommodate more healthy choices by offering Yoghurt or oatmeal. Roomservice was a nice treat.

The bathroom flash had some issues. It was leaking. Plus, one of the lights in front of the door was not working. They requested to fix it when I was checking in. ☹️

The environment was green, quiet, and beautiful. The staff were nice.

Breakfast is a bit limited from a western point of view, but considering the local customs it is a good breakfast. Can be noisy at night because of the live music venues in the area.

Very convenient and safe location. Very friendly front desk staff, initiated extra help and kindness. Very calm and lush environment despite being in a big city. Have nice and friendly priced food options. I now stayed in a regular room, but if I come back to Kampala and it won't be for work, I would love to book one of the cottages.

Room service was a bit slow as we ordered our supper at 19.30 pm we had to remind staff to bring the food which we received at 22.30pm . But the rest of the service was excellent.

Location wise the place is excellent very close to social amenities and other places that can be explored like sister place Kabira County club.. The Skyz the Patio and pork joint place and so many others.

The room states that it contains a dishwasher, cutlery and cooking appliances. These were not available. I was charged for the milk that I requested for the complimentary tea. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the Apple Lodge room. Half of the staff are not even aware of the family 3 bedroom "Apple". The room does not provide the amenities mentioned.

The facilities and the access to the Kabira country club. The breakfast is a bonus.

The cottage is quite dated but still charming .. some furniture needs attention.

Good breakfast, very good location. Easy to access. Shady, quiet & beautiful environment.. you wouldn’t think you were so close to busy roads. Peaceful place for meetings. Bonus of swimming pool. Very good value. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good bed linen. Much more enjoyable than bland corporate hotels!

Noise from parties both on the property and neighbouring property. One night, I was kept awake until 5 am. Switching rooms would not have made a difference.

I liked the pool, restaurant and bar area.
