The bed was a bit sunk in the middle. Miscommunication between front desk and restaurant about packed breakfast for our early morning departure.

Location, accessible from the by-pass. The gardens were very well maintained ant it was very peaceful, despite being close to a busy road. The bar and restaurant staff are well trained and the food is delicious. The room is big and comes with tea/coffe station, fridge, TV... everything you need. Close to the Endere cultural center.

The provided a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms, but very hard mattress that was uncomfortable —friendly and attentive staff, and a it’s very far from everything but near the highest. The breakfast buffet was particularly unimpressive with little variety of options. While the Wi-Fi could be slightly faster, overall, the experience was very positive and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

The place is charming, clean, and peaceful. The restaurant and bar offer great food, with the fish fillet dish and a glass of wine highly recommended. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist. Reynolds at the reception, along with the entire team, are exceptionally well-chosen and truly understand the essence of hospitality. I extended my stay for another week.

The receptionists could do better with feedback/communication. We asked for an iron box that never came neither was any feedback provided.

The facility was clean and the restaurant is close by in case you need something to bite.The restaurant staff are also very kind and professional. They were also kind enough to allow us earlier checkin.

The modern mosquitoe net around the bed was a real problem to sort out, with the rope cord getting knotted and tangled. This needs upkeep.

The bathroom in the room is not nice, water flowing everywhere after the shower.Staff look unhappy , not good customer service, business like. You cannot negotiate anything. However not everyone is the same. The front desk man tried to ask me to pay what I had already paid and is the one who was there that day and he apologized saying they didn't update the Google sheet something like that which I found sketchy.

Consider offering a menu that blends Western and traditional Ugandan food. While trying Western dishes is great, focusing on local Ugandan cuisine will likely be a hit, as people love experiencing the rich flavors. For breakfast, offering a variety of options would be especially appealing.

I like the hotel's setting—it's a hidden gem with a lovely garden. The staff is very friendly, and the service is generally good. The room was decent.

Location - the hotel is close to a busy road and neighbors a local garage that tends to be noisy when the mechanics are testing the cars. My advice would be to book the front facing rooms.

Needs more attention to the food that comes out of the kitchen.
