The hotel doesn't have a lift, one has to climb the stairs and the restaurant closes very early for late night arrival.

The staff were very friendly and it's a great location, close to the airport.

They seem to have few staff. The easier to access gate is also far from the facility while the nearest gate is confusing to access. More options needed for breakfast.

The facility is located close to Entebbe international airport, which makes it easy to access when travelling or arriving late. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious.

Minor gripe, but probably beyond their control, the water pressure at shower was pretty low. Also the "town" is like half an hour walk, but there is one (Feze 3) good restaurant within 5 minutes walk.

The most important aspect, every single staff I interacted with, was amazing. They organised free pickup (well past midnight!) and drop off, arranged for a driver to take me to Jinja, allowed me to check out late, and all with a smile. The room was big, wifi worked, breakfast was pretty good, and they also serve dinner on demand.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was hearty to set us up for the day. The location was perfect for our short stay in Entebbe, it is a short distance from the airport and the staff arranged all our transportation. We were able to walk to where we wanted to go but transportation was also available.

1 day, there was some noise from the neighbors' house. They had their dogs barking at late night for a while.

The staff are amazing, they are very helpful, I enjoyed my trip a lot. Everything was very close, the airport, restaurants. I used to go every day to a restaurant by walking, it's just 2 minutes (Faze 3) I love the food. The trees and nature environment in the hotel were amazing.

They had mosquito nets, beds are super big. We had a twin room and it was so comfortable. Would be nice to have the iron and kettle in the room, and a mini fridge, although they provide them when you ask which is good. Apart from this it's an excellent hotel..Fresh meals are provided on order and they're not too expensive. The transportation to the airport was a bonus. I have a lot of suitcases, a buggy and kids and they still got a car to accommodate us very well included in the fee. Meals are the only fee separate. Overall it's an excellent hotel in a great location near beaches all around which we enjoyed too.

They wanted payment in cash, but like so many places in Uganda, they insist on absolutely pristine US bills. I had taken the best bills I could get at my bank, but I had to give him his choice of bills. This is a problem everywhere in Uganda. I had to get Ugandan shillings at a cash machine to make up for dollars that were discounted because of slight wear or fading. It's best to deal entirely in Ugandan shillings.

Breakfast was good, but as I was the first in the dining room, it was a little slow. The room was large with a fan, which I prefer over air conditioning.

Being a hotel, maybe they could add a kettle and cup with sachet’s of tea/coffee but there is always a room service option I guess.

Good location, the place is safe and secure and quiet away from the busy Kampala. The breakfast was good and all the staff are great. Room cleaning is great, and the building/gardens are well maintained. Thanks for making my stay nice and comfortable.
