The dinner wa so nice, it was served in time, staff were so welcoming, the facility was renovated, rooms were clean, WIFI was so first in the room, and most of all the access road from town to the hotel is now tarmac, the airport pick up van is so comfortable and the driver is social and drives well, cool music played in the background was so good, thanks to the management for making changes, hope to come back with a friend next month for a week . And enjoy sauna and steam birth plus gym,I didn't enjoy since I was for one night, but the receptionist explained it all to me, since it was an extra package on my reservation, thanks so March Acactus Hotel Kampala Uganda

There was no hot water in the shower Property should specify its location as makindye luwafu to prevent mixups with the neighbouring kiwafu in kabalagala

The receptionist connects well with the guests making sure they get an exceptional stay. She was caring indeed.

This time I had some issues regarding the rooms I booked since I was given other rooms when I got there. I also got some issues with the laundry since our clothes were wet when we received them and they did not smell very well. Fortunately, the rooms were changed after some hours and the girl of the laundry tried to dry our clothes with the iron because the weather was really bad.

I have stayed in this property many times and I always come back.

The receptionist prim and Keith were so friendly and helped us out together with my husband. The cool music,cleanliness and the location was good for transport means .i was also offered airport shuttle and it was so comfortable

I recently stayed at Acactus Hotel and was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. People like Keith, Aminah, Prim and Florence made may stay soo comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful environment to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup and everything was top, right from the fresh linens to the fast Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast selection was both fresh and satisfying. I also liked the quiet ambiance of the hotel which is perfect for both business travelers and tourists looking for a calm, restful stay. Acactus Hotel offers great value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room I paid for was not as it was advertised,no entertainment, the internet was on and off. Late breakfast and no clean towels and Mattress. Tha hell I came out with fungal infection that is crazy to treat the place is a lodging and not a hotel.

noise, people in other rooms were making noise in corridors etc and mosquitoes, something has to be done. breakfast you said its served at 6 but we were told from 8 of which l ended up not eating even a single one due to time

It very peaceful and comfortable to stay. staff are also supportive and helpful, especially in the area of safety and security.

The property was cleaned and decent to stay with additional facilities like the steam bath . Also with nice back garden.
