United KingdomThe decor and fittings are wonderful - I really liked the character of the room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was spectacular. Location bang in the middle of Lviv, you could not ask for better.

United KingdomWe checked in at 3am, but this was not a problem. The hotel couldn't be in a better location, great rooftop restaurant, lovely rooms with a comfy bed and cracking view. Most of all the staff on reception, despite working long hours, we found them to be full of energy and very welcoming. I'd highly recommend here in Lviv.... the hotel does also have a bomb shelter if need.

United StatesI would have liked a kettle. The area is pedestrian only so be prepared to drag your bags a couple of blocks from the nearest vehicle street. The instructions to find the hotel make it sound more complicated than it actually is.
Perfectly located on Rynok Square with lots within walking distance. New, clean and well designed. Surprisingly quiet considering the central neighbourhood full of bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is excellent for drinks, food and sunsets. Helpful staff. Well priced.

UkraineIt was weird that not any hot drink was included in the breakfast option. The price difference between what was included and what was not is just 30 UAH, and the whole sum is still within the extra that was paid for the package breakfast compared to the option without. As for me, with the current policy it makes more sense to pay for the breakfast (which is definitely decent, but keep in mind it's a la carte, not a buffet) separately, you just overpay with the included option (while I supposed the "package" would be cheaper) plus the thing I've just written. It's a very minor issue though that didn't spoil the overall experience and impression. The translucent shower door is probably not a good idea if you travel with anyone except your partner. Also, things that can't be improved and don't depend on the hotel owners/administration, are OK for me but one might want to be aware of: 1) you hear the town hall bell in the room, it didn't make any sleeping issues for me (while was a bit irritating while awake), but I guess there are people that might have problems, the sound proof is great, but the bell is just too loud to be completely filtered out; 2) right opposite to the room's window it was another building's window, so if you want some privacy, you might need to draw the curtains.
A really nice hotel in the very center of Lviv. The location just couldn't be better. The hotel is new (and looks and feels as such), everything is clean and well designed. In the room you have everything you need. The shower cabin doesn't have any step at all, so it's super inclusive and comfortable to use. Despite the cold weather it was still warm in the room even without turning the air conditioner on. There's no noise from the street except the bell from the town hall. Many electric outlets just where you might need them. The restaurant on the roof is definitely a good idea and a new experience.

The best hotel in Lviv that I’ve ever been so far. Amazing rooms, just finished renovations, everything is clean and crisp. One huge king bed, two blankets, four pillows for a party of two. No squeaking floors or bed, as it could be in Lviv. Also, want to say that the host was amazing, really helpful and always smiling.

FranceWe paid for a breakfast, but the time that the breakfast is served began at something like 9 or 1000 and runs until 1400....most people are up and leave the hotel by that point. Average work time begins at 0900. This is very bad timing and needs to be changed. The breakfast was refunded but still...it seemed very silly and we had to find another breakfast somewhere else.
