United KingdomThe water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but other than that it was a great place to stay!
Amazing location right on the beach, very peaceful and the best view for sunset. Staff also very friendly and accommodating, yummy breakfast, food and cocktails. Room also a good size and the bed was comfy! It was the perfect location to relax in Nungwi for a few days, we enjoyed sunbathing, a cocktail at sunset and then it is walking distance to some brilliant restaurants. It is also a good location for tours to Mnemba as the pick up is next to the hotel

United StatesOne small concern was the safe box in the room—it was available but not securely attached to the wall, making it potentially easy for someone to remove it. Securing it properly would add an extra layer of confidence for guests storing valuables. Wifi connection was extremely weak
Our stay at the property was enjoyable and memorable, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth, and Richard at (front desk) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable—his warm greetings throughout our stay were much appreciated. Our room (#123) had a fantastic location with a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and started each day on a high note. The tour desk was excellent, with Ali providing a clear explanation of the available excursions. We opted for a snorkeling tour at a very reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were also pleased to receive a 10% discount when ordering food from the on-site restaurant, where the meals were delicious and the staff polite and professional. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as there was always a security guard on duty. A convenient store located just outside the resort made it easy to purchase essentials like bottled water, and a nearby shopping street was within walking distance. Transportation to and from the airport was well arranged, adding to the overall convenience.

United StatesThe only issue is the age of the place and it's need for remodeling. If you need a modern room you'll be disappointed. But everything works, the bathroom is redone, but decor in the Jr. Suite was lacking. I saw a line somewhere that said pool - there is none.
I was worried after reading negative reviews, but we had a very good experience. The staff were unfailingly kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and the view is beautiful. The restaurant is very good with a nice selection and a full plated breakfast. We did a tour and that was good too.
