Although the sea and view are beautiful, we were unable to walk on the beach as it is rocky. Unfortunately, no one cleans the beach early in the morning like most places. There was a lot of trash on the water and the beach.

Incredible view! The location of the suite is in front of the beach. Really picturesque and wonderful. When the tide is high, the sea is under your balcony. You wake up with the sea in front of you. The reception was wonderful and we were greeted with fresh fruit juice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bags were taken to the room. The room was wonderfully cool from the air conditioning. The room was very nice and modern and the bathroom is a step above the rest as you can still see the sea through the window under the shower. The bed is extra wide and comfortable. We enjoyed the armchairs right on the balcony every evening while we looked at the sea with sun downers. It is a luxurious place where you can relax. Arnoldi’s bits and bar next to Royal Cliff is a must for everyone. Great drink, food and vibe and nice people..

Breakfast has to improve Need more facilities at room (Tissue , teeth brush…..) It’s little far from the city downtown and also far from the main road (Around 3-4 kilometers and not asphalted) , but it’s not issue , specially if you don’t want to go to the city

We had an excellent welcome and superb engagement with the staff right from the reception,room mgt to the beverage area and all remain very memorable. Great thanks to Awarth he outperformed himself on the resort with so much help, Zulpha, Chef Mwinyi were absolutely amazing. We felt at home and will definitely be back.

The hotel has got excellent facilities,great environment with enticing landscaping....... The only problem is its location with no any center around...... We reached at 10.30pm n we didn't have food since their restaurant was closed 😔😔😔...... No shops around thus making us sleep hungry 😕😕😕😕😕....... The hotel should look for a convinient way to help visitors who arrive late

The location is very far from the city. There is no transport to the city from the hotel unless you ask the hotel. You're a bit restricted when staying at this hotel for your first time in zanzibar.

The restaurant pricing can be adjusted to make more sales and make the hotel pleasant otherwise one would prefer bringing in their own water and food as they are priced 5 times more than normal price. X2 pricing is acceptable not X5 on everything you buy at the hotel

The location was good but getting to the hotel in the inner road was toooo far to bumpy, a road has to be paved. With a car it will take u 10mins where it should be just a 2mins drive

Great staff - Savinna, Mohammed, Joyce, Abdallah the best Driver in Zanzibar, Kitchen crew are all wonderful and helpful. Room is Spacious and well furnished. Great ambience. I love the balcony, sea view, calmness and sound proof room. The environment was serene with enchanting flowering arrangement, looked too artificial but real.

They took extra charges than in booking when using Visa and this still should not be the case. The location is far away from nearest market or street. Also, the value of dinning in the restaurant is high, but good and clean.
