The site is a bit small and down a small lane, however taxis were able to access the hotel. This site is arounds 2 miles from Moshi city centre, but near amenities such as Kilimanjaro Medical Centre Hospital.

Breakfast and evening meals were excellent overall. Buffet style for breakfast, with full range of western and local food. All evening meals cooked freshly to order, so do allow time for preparation. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind, rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and linen. Nice pool and bar.

We loved this relaxing Oasis and stayed here the night before and night after our Kili adventure. The staff are incredible and were super attentive, we left bags here while we were hiking with no issues, the free breakfast is great and we ate a few other meals there and they are decent and good value. Would 100% stay again.

Little improvements will help: put batteries in all clocks to show correct time; for the benefit of non-Tanzanian international travellers, encourage staff to improve their English in order to avoid misunderstandings; wait times for meals - suggest you let guests know to preorder dinner well in advance to avoid long delays (the food is delicious and freshly made, but that takes time); add a couple more lounge chairs by the pool

The location is hidden a little, and the road branching to it is narrow and next to an informal settlement. The rooms are a little bit small but they are cosy.

The staff from the gate, to the reception to the kitchen and the servers are just but amaazzzing. Special mention to Elfas, Jackie, Godfrey, Nice, and Pamelina. The food is to die for, and the attention to the guests is top notch. The rooms are very clean and the toiletries and beddings are very high standard. By the way, you can see Mt. Kilimanjaro from the upper deck. My family has such an amazing amazing time here.

Staff PR - No clear communication structure, anything you ask for from any staff in the hotel, they have to call the general manager. Everybody treats you as a suspect in the facility.
