Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ChinaSuperb hostel . Very clean. Good breakfast. They pick me up from bus stop and take me to money exchange place. The ladies at hostel even help my brother do the laundry. They are so nice and helpful. Our flight is very early in the morning. They get up early and prepare breakfast for us around 4AM. This is definitely the best hostel I’ve ever been.

GermanyBest Hostel in Tanzania. We had a wonderful stay, the rooms were clean, free WiFi, nice chillout lounge with TV. The included breakfirsts were exceptional. The staff members were really kind and always courteous . The Host Deo offers nice tours also for a good price. All in all we loved to stay at the place.

TanzaniaThe movement in and out is kind of restrictive. If you come in late, you will have to wait until the person at the gate wakes up. Would be good to have your own key to go in and out of premises especially at night.
As a first-timer booking a hostel, my experience was great. I could find the place very easily, and it was close to all the places I was going. The room was kept clean despite the Moshi dust. The common area is spacious and cozy. They provide breakfast not up to hotel standards but excellent enough to start your day right. I would recommend it for group or solo travelers who like to interact with others on their trips.

TanzaniaThe owner, Deo, went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay at Pazuri. He stayed up past 11 PM to greet us upon arrival and prepared a 5 AM breakfast when we required an early departure. The hostel was simple but will perfectly fit anyone's goal to explore Moshi.
