Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandsthe airco was a bit noisy and it was too warm to put it out. But overall it was great. The garden is beautiful and the food is good. I had to leave early ( 4:00 am) and the manager woke up to accompany me making sure everything was fine.
varied breakfast. Traditional food and other options. The staff is incredibly kind and special. I traveled alone for work and I felt safe and taken care of. Very kind.

TanzaniaThey mentioned the Kitchen was fully equipped and I would be able to make my own meals but it wasn't. The Direction in booking.com does not lead to the destination and needs to be changed... Finding the place at night was hectic.

GermanyThere is nothing to complain about, just some friendly advise. A hairdryer to borrow would have been nice. The waste water pipe of the shower was very slow. Some vegetarian offers were not available. Also the double room garden view was less then 20 qm (in the booking it is said to be 60qm). I think this is just a mistake of information.
The garden was awesome, beautifully designed, well treated, absolutely a paradise in Moshi. Also our local Moshi friends were surprised! It’s an outstanding hotel in Moshi. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks especially to Brenda who took care of us. The rooms are lovely modern designed. We got an upgrade of our room because we expected 60 qm but it was less then 20. The food was good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is exceptional!

SingaporeWe had dinner and the food took some time to be prepared, so much so that the wait staff had to come and give us hot towels (a little too hot, honestly) twice. I ordered soup, which I expected to receive a standard soup bowl size, but what came was a humongous bowl that could feed 3 pax.
The room was huge, it was more like a house, complete with a kitchenette and a walk in storage/wardrobe area, with a very large TV and a soundbar.

KenyaWifi was very unreliable or non-existent and when travelling for work this is a necessity. I had to go to an internet cafe in town to download my emails. Out of the three days I was there, two days there was no hot water.
Beautiful location, garden and interior decorations. Very smart!
