There is nothing I didn’t like

Very good choice next to the airport, our flight got in at 3AM so this hotel was very convenient. The rooms are big and nice and it is very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff is a 10, specially Asha who went out of her way to help with an issue with our rental car and a transfer to our next location.

It is a business hotel but no working desk or chair in the room.. but staff did arrange something after repeated requests. Business 4 star hotel, but didn't give 2 separate room keys to 2 unrelated professional colleague guests, sharing a twin room on twin sharing basis Very delayed check in. While the front desk staff were pleasant but limited in their power in terms of how much they could do for a guest, the senior manager who we asked to speak to was downright rude, impolite and completely devoid of the basic courtesy expected from a senior official in the hospitality industry representing a 4 star hotel. Staff can be slow. Location is isolated for dining choice. They could make it more clear it is alcohol free.

Location within walking distance of airport is great, but not much around in terms of shopping or restaurants. Hotel in 2 parts with an original building which is fine but older and a new deluxe building and pool. You want to stay there. Staff are great, but can be slow. Hotel is Halal so no alcohol. 27 Cafe, 700 metres up the road is awesome for food and beer..

The location was fine, walkable distance from the airport, though not close to the beach. The breakfast was nice, largely traditional menu. The room was comfortable, and great for those that love plane watching :)

One night stay after a long travel. The prebooked hotel taxi never showed up at the airport which was a bit annoying, but except for this the stay was all good.

Asking for toiletries, we were told at reception that everything is available, but we have to ask. There were no toiletries placed in the bathroom

The breakfast is disappointing for the hotel's category and simply not tasty. Everything from the limited food selection tastes artificial, as if made from plastic. The beds are okay, but the pillows are uncomfortable. The check-in process was unexpectedly long, even though the reception area was almost empty. Only one set of towels was provided for two guests, and we had to remind the staff twice. The pool is very shallow, and the pool area feels dull, and not well-equipped.

The hotel is very new; everything still feels absolutely new and clean. The air conditioning is whisper-quiet, which is crucial in a hotel where the windows don't open. The noise insulation from street sounds is excellent as well. The location is perfect for a one-night stay before an early flight or after a late arrival. However, for a longer stay in the city, a different location would be more suitable. Nice outdoor playground for kids.

It’s a big modern conference facility, so it’s pretty soulless. It has a pool but I saw nobody using it. Main complaint was that our meal took 50 minutes to arrive despite there being only 3 tables occupied. And no wine to drink while waiting - alcohol is forbidden on the premises😱

Great room with most comfortable bed. Walkable to the terminal so very convenient, if a bit expensive, for one night before/after flight.
