The buffet was a let down in the sense that it was not consistently good, it was a hit and a miss, for breakfast as well as dinner. We also noticed that the floors of the outside section were really dirty, and needs automated scrubbing on a daily basis.

We loved the friendly staff, our room was amazing and the pool area as well. From reception to your restaurant everyone is kind and attentive.

The villas are old and AC's are old and noisy . The beach is rocky and food variety is very limited in restaurants.

People: the team has tried their best to support and overcome the challenges in room and maintenance and specially Paul from reception. There was a daily show during dinner time and good entertainment

Only the thing what we dint like is that we couldn't swim at the property cz it's coral beach.. and we had to go to another property and pay to use the beach

The breakfast buffet with flies was disgusting and lives one hungry. Flies and birds would settle on the food. The birds would even eat the croissant on the watch of the staff. Got tired of complaining about that to the staff during my stay. The tourism agent at the reception is a rip off stay away from them. An entire day trip in stone town for $200 and not even a bottle of water provided and fee to the sites not included.

The staff was friendly and listened to clients. The kids club is amazing with lots of options for little ones. The village walk was educative.

Location, no swimming, sand beach next to the water to relax. The hotel do however offer complimentary shuttle to Kendwa beach which is nice.

if you dont like salty water in your pool, it's a thing, but we enjoyed it. also there's no sandy beach if you are looking for one, not in walking distance anyways.

Rooms are amazing, big, and clean. sleeping quality is great. you're in a garden, and it looks fab. the pool is big and the view to the ocean is awesome. we loved the buffet food and the variety. the staff are helpful and very nice. all in all worth it!!! we'll return. due to the tide you can walk on the sand where it used to be water in the morning hours, see starfish and crabs.

Wonderful stay. The rooms were very large and the staff was amazing in the hotel. The view was stunning and the breakfast and dinner buffet's were pretty good. Also the massage at the spa was very nice. The hotel staff were super lovely in helping arrange day trips etc to go swim with dolphins, explore caves and beaches etc.

There were no entertainment throughout my stay spent 8 night, it was boring I had to go outside the hotel into the town to get entertained and have maximum fun. There was absolutely nothing to keep you busy in the hotel not even enough music at pool side. It’s too quiet there

The hotel advertised a 'beach front', but there wasn't one and that was really disappointing. You have to take a shuttle or taxi to nearby beaches and pay for them. There are also additional charges for the eating at The Jetty restaurant which is part of the hotel - so that was another surprise.

We had a beautiful Sea View Suite. There wasn't a beach as we expected, you have to take a shuttle to it, but the pool and food was great. In particular the staff were friendly and Ms Fatema and Ms Landy made a very special effort in making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. There is entertainment each night and a lovely spa too.

The major problem of the property is lack of a beach. The hotel provides a free shuttle to a beach which leaves only once in the morning at 11.00. If you wish to go earlier, you have to take a taxi and pay for it.
