Fantastic hotel, with really nice grounds. Big swimming pool and gym which were great to use. The staff were amazing, friendly and organised a fun day trip to Serval Wildlife. Queen did a fantastic job at dinner and lunch for me and I really enjoyed speaking with her. Thanks for a great stay !

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Green and leafy garden, pool. Large open air bar/restaurant. Tasty Indian dishes, as well as other European and Swahili dishes. Rooms each have veranda.

The rooms are relatively small. The shower water pressure is much too low.

The lodge is very nice - the garden, pool and restaurant are very inviting and the atmosphere is relaxing.

The staff was a bit though, we lost the room key and they demanded 5$ to let our car leave the priperty, only after they called their boss they let us go without paying for the key

Bathroom size & layout .. shower space is so small that only a child could shower comfortably & toilet is in the corner making it more claustrophobic. I personally have a phobia for geckos & there geckos outside the cottage walls which is very scary for me.

I loved the garden landscape .. tranquillity. The staff was very accommodating of our preferences . They upgraded us to junior suite. All the amenities were fully functional .

A peaceful and beautifully maintained hotel, perfect for relaxation. The Indian food was truly outstanding — some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The swimming pool and gym are both excellent, clean, and well equipped. Even if you don't use them much, it’s clear the hotel takes great care with its facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. A small tip for future guests: bring mosquito repellent if you plan to enjoy the outdoor areas like the pool, terrace, or lounge. It helps make outdoor time even more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, excellent food, and a calm, refreshing environment.

Amazing staff.....and the view of the Mt. Kilimanjaro in the morning was probably my best feature, simply addictive! I have to specially thank the gateman (unfortunately I forgot his name) for his endeavor to show us great places to see the mountain....lovely chap! All the staff were simply great!

The hotel is serene, very clean and deeply beautiful. The service is amazing, responsive and on point. The manager/owner and staff are customer-centric and always serve you will a smile. The food is also amazing. I highly recommend a visit to the hotel.

Location was a little isolated but close enough to things to do with a car or motorbike. There was loud construction going on in front of our room.

Rooms were a little dated but every thing worked. Had Good AC and hot water. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant served good food with plenty of choices, prices were affordable. The gym had lots of free weights and necessary equipment, however, the machines are old and some didn't work at all. The pool was open and refreshing. The restaurant staff served around the pool. Our room was upgraded when we arrived which was a great surprise.
