The bed was fairly comfortable, and room was large. Irving, the lifeguard at the pool made my stay, he was the only staff member to really speak to me and make me feel welcome. Thank you to him, he is amazing! Restaurant was ok for evening meals. Pool area was very clean and had loungers available for use. Location was convenient for hiking, bus stops were very close and walkable to a lot of trails.

The shower leaked every time I took a shower, water all over the floor. I contacted reception and was given an extra towel to put on the floor. Not great for a 6 night stay. The staff on reception seemed to almost break a neck, avoiding eye contact so they wouldn't have to speak to me. I don't know if it was a perceived language issue (I'm European but speak Mandarin). No greetings on entering, and I had to ask the girl on check-in to assist me after she had ignored me for 15 minutes. For a relatively expensive stay, I was quite disappointed, unfortunately. The breakfast was ok but the same every day.

The swimming pool is very big, and you can do your line. The hot spring also good. The restaurant is nice with a beautiful view on the swimming pool. The deluxe room was perfect 👌 The rice is good from the proposal, the personal was very kind and helpful.

The hostel must be refreshing before it could be too late.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The room interior is quite dated and would benefit from renovation to improve comfort. Some restroom fixtures, such as the toilet and taps, are old and not functioning properly. The door lock also seems worn out and is difficult to open.

Hot spring in the room, large room.

Really old facilities, poor soundproofing, ridiculous check in and check out times (4pm check in, 11am check out).

Our room was enormous and we slept so well in the comfiest king size bed. The private onsen bath had access to the hot springs and it was a very luxurious experience.

Wonderful swimming pool and hot spring. We ordered some food from the restaurant for dinner, it was delicious.

Quite dated in the room(but clean). Since the public facilities are great, still recommended.

Not convenient, very late check in

It was our first time trying the hot springs. I booked the deluxe room with a private hot spring bathtub, which we enjoyed having for our use. Our family could enjoy the hot spring bath as much as we wanted. The hotel was located in a quiet environment. I enjoyed the quiet and calmness. We also enjoyed the breakfast, there were many selections.

The hotel required some maintenance work. The hotel room is fine, however, there are cracks and stains in the plasterboard wall and ceiling that require some touch-up work. The restaurant looked tired and dated, I suggest they change the carpet and touch up the stains on the ceiling; it will make the restaurant feel more presentable. There are not many choices on the dinner menu, which could be due to not many people dining in the restaurant. Maybe they can change the menu to hotpot, it will be easier to manage.

Good size room, nicely decorated. Reasonably friendly staff.

A bit run down for a 4 star, wouldn't be happy if i paid full price. Kettle didn't work, couldn't adjust the air con. Restaurant had run out of almost everything and the quality didn't at all match the price.

Got the Superior Twin Room at NTD 8282, but felt the value was only worth half the price.

Beautiful bath in our room and amazing having a full 25m pool for swimming.

The smell of sulphur was very strong. The property and facilities were aging and the location is very isolated unless you have a car.

Having the onsen in the room was a nice treat, but the communal one downstairs was also excellent. The set menu in the restaurant was also great

If you need to go to the shop or try other restaurants, it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Yangmingshan. And unfortunately, it is along a road.

Onsen on site which is good. Well located to explore yamingshan. Reasonable prices
