The room is very spacious and clean, with beautiful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff are exceptionally kind — the warmest welcome we’ve had in Taiwan so far. Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. Absolutely recommend it 100%.

The owner done more than what we expected during our 3 nights stayed. thanks for his effort, we have a wonderful holiday over there. The location is near Taitung train station. It is convenient to take a train or public bus to go nearby attractions. As there are no food stalls near the hostel, you may settle your meals in front of the train station. There are a few variety eatery and 7/11, family mart.

Very nicely designed hotel with lots of nice little artistic touches. Staff member who checked us was super friendly and informative. Very convenient location for the train station which is just a 5 minute walk away however not for the city centre which is 20 minutes by bus particularly as none of the hotels bikes were available due to maintenance issues which was inconvenient as that was why we booked this location so we could cycle everywhere. Room had a bit of a damp, musty smell inside but otherwise it was comfortable with a nice bathroom

This place is great and is well designed. The rooms come with a bluetooth speaker which I, as a metal lover liked a lot. After five months cycling through Asia it was nice to hear my music through some proper speakers. This house must be run by a music lover or artist as even the light switches are guitar or amp switches. The rooms come with a thoughtful design, nice bathroom and have Netflix (also in English). Special mention to the hosts who were attentive, helpful, cheerful and speak English. That gave me a smile after a few weeks of Taiwan where people tend to be a bit introverted. If I would have known the quality of this place in advance I would have stayed longer.

You could say that this hotel is not surrounded by many restaurants. There are some though and I had a good meal. I might have liked a coffee. But then again, unlimited free tea is offered so I'm being really picky here.

After staying here, I realized this is the most I have relaxed all vacation. Our host has curated an elevated and magical vibe…understated, elegant. She speaks English fluently and welcomed us with local oolong tea and snacks. The rooms are so clean and the entryway floor is so polished you can see your reflection. We had use of a full kitchen and refrigerator. We were given excellent local suggestions of where to eat and what to do. I found it so recharging to be here that I stayed in and watched the free Netflix. I am ready for the second half of my trip and this has been key for me. I found a welcome gift of sweet potato snacks on my door. The comfort creature in me purred with thanks.

good location near the train station, really nice and comfy room and common area, cool e-bikes to use, but the best is the lovely and fun host who treated us great! would definitely come back when in taitung :)

We booked 4 people room and it got Two bathrooms! Close to train station. 7-11 and Family mart 2 minutes. We will be back!

Excellent hosts in a great location. The bed is very comfortable especially the pillows. Clean room with elevator.

The room is really clean and spacious. Check in instructions are clearly stated and efficient.

The aircon at the lobby wasn’t working, we couldn’t find the remote to turn it on when we were sitting and talking there.

The facilities are very new and expertly decorated. The manager was extremely warm and kind, and made me feel right at home.

Everything. Great location, 3 minutes from the train station. Very big room with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It was clean as well and the bedding and towels smelled fresh. Internet worked perfectly. The host was very responsive, speaks English and we even got a little gift when we left.

I couldn't find my favourite TV channel, Pili TV. 😝

The owner was so friendly! He gave us an extensive list of suggestions for the area. There are electric bikes available for use, good to explore the Tainan downtown for a night. Free washing machine was also great. Highly recommend!
