Location, friendly and helpful staff

This was a great place to stay, across the street from an access point to the ocean boardwalk and just a couple of blocks from the huge night market. The concierge was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The solitary detraction is that none of the ac outlets were grounded and we didn't have an adapter, so my friend's laptop charger wouldn't fit the outlet. In hindsight, I should have asked the concierge if an adapter was available for borrowing, but I didn't think of that until writing this review.

Super near to the beach and the night market was lively as well. Easy to access by public transport. Recommended.

Hotel service could have been better. The infrastructure also needs renovation, it's a bit dated.

Booking said breakfast included, but no breakfast on offer. A bit of a walk to get some food and coffee.

The guy at reception is so friendly and helpful. Always smiling. He can speak some English. The sea view is good, a partial view but still good. We were on the 6th floor. Location is very close to the night market. I was able to park right out the front.

Outstanding location, two blocks from Dongdamen Night Market, and across the street from the beach. Friendly staff, surprisingly good breakfast, cold A/C, decent WiFi, and very comfortable bed. Glad I stayed here and not in the "downtown" area closer to the train station.

There were ants in the kitchen which I feel could be improved.

The uncle is especially friendly towards which made you feel at home. He will do his best to cater to our needs. He helped us with the luggage to top level when there was no lift. I believe He will go extra miles to all who stay at his place.

Partial sea view.

Room was spacious. Not direct sea facing, partial view. Love the sea wave sound at night. Comfy stay! Near to night market.. walking distance to restaurants and few shops.

If you are those who take western breakfast, not much selection except toast bread with various spread. However, their dishes to pair with taiwan plain porridge is nice.

Next to the coast. They even have 2 bicycles to lend us to cycle along the coast using their bicycle track.

Very friendly host, always trying to improve our stay. Good location with a sea view. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Shortish drive to Taroko.

Location is excellent, just by the seaside and boardwalk. Staff very friendly. Rooms are fairly spacious esp the deluxe double rooms. Breakfast is good and they change menu slightly each day. Great value for $ and just a stone's throw fm the Nite Mkt. b, Ms Ho who looks after us at breakfast did an excellent job while in the afternoon/evening, an elderly gentleman who is probably the GM or Owner is very kind and helpful.

There's not much we didn't like, though.

It is very near to the seaside and the night market in Hualien City. Although the room we stayed in has got a partial view of sea, it is still a great place to stay. Not forgetting that, they do serve good sumptuous breakfast.
