The hotel is just across the street from Tamsui MRT station. You can walk to Tamsui old street within 5 mins from the hotel. Ther are many local snack shops, convenience stores, super stores and even fresh market in that neighbourhood. But it's not noisy at all. Though, there is no elevator, the owners and the house maid are nice and eager to help. I'm pleased with my room size 😉. It's not too big nor too small. And the toilet is good. The bed and pillows are so comfy. There are water dispenser and small fridge at the hallway. You can use them any time.

This place seriously impressed me from the moment I walked in. First off, the bed was super comfy - I slept like a baby every night. The whole place was spotlessly clean too, which is always a big deal for me when traveling. The bathroom was massive - plenty of space to spread out all my toiletries. And the bedroom? Huge! So nice to have all that room instead of feeling cramped like in some places I've stayed. While there wasn't much of a view, I really appreciated having a window I could open for fresh air. Makes such a difference compared to those sealed hotel rooms where you can only use AC. The location couldn't have been better - super easy to find and perfectly situated for exploring. Getting around was a breeze! The host deserves special mention - incredibly accommodating and friendly. Same goes for the cleaning staff - they were all so helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. There was a washing machine available, though I didn't end up using it. Still, nice to have the option for a longer stay. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely! If you're looking for a clean, spacious place with great service in an excellent location, you can't go wrong here. I'll definitely be booking again next time I'm in town!

In our rooms the beds are futons so very uncomfortable if you need soft or supportive beds. We booked the biggest room which is spacious but there are no chairs, sofas, or table per se in the room. There are cushions so you can sit on the floor. Some rooms have refrigerator and some don't but there is one in the hallway for use. The location is central but very noisy with constant cars and motorcycle noises.

The location is in the center of everthing from food, shopping, to transportion all conenient. The open market is around the curb, many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and MRT 2 minute walk. Night market is just down the street and shopping places all around. Ms. Lin, the owner of the property very friendly and available. We booked one extra night before our arrival and she was able to let us in 6:30 am in the morning for check in. Just have to let her know beforehand. There is free water and a kitchen third floor for everyone to use. Laundry available on the balcony. Nice heat and cold air conditioning.

Well located and not noisy despite being very central. 5 min walk from the pier and old street. Car park nearby in shopping mall. Friendly manager and easy check in guidance. Accommodating to add additional mattresses for our kids. I would recommend!

Bed mattress is small. Stairs way is too steep to carry luggage. No handrails for showering room. Only good for young and lightweight travelers.

It is noisy because it is near a big road. You will often hear scooters revving even at 3 in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel. It is a noisy city. As in most places in Taiwan or Korea at this price point, they don't clean your room. You have to ask for new towels. You have to pay by cash. A little pricey compared to what we paid to stay right in downtown Taipei.

The room was really spacious. The bathroom, particularly the shower, was fantastic. Excellent location just 3-4 minutes from Tamshui station and maybe 5 from the waterfront. 2 minutes from night market and 5 minutes from Old Street shops. Very friendly owner. Tea and coffee choices in room and a water dispenser just outside the room.
