Walls of the Skyview area too high or too opaque. Location too far from the main central city.

Location near the train. Bright floor and wall finishes in common and private areas. Staff was beyond excellent. Skyview area clothes washing facilities. Unlimited Ice cream.

What a absolute delight of hotel. They have everything anyone can dream on holidays. Super comfortable room, super big size, amazing bathroom with nice shampoo and shower gel. The hotel have a sky garden with amazing views of the city, free 4 flavoured ice cream, free coffee and tea. Washing and drying facilities for free. Free geared bikes. Take luggage before check in. A few walking minutes from the train station. Staff is exceptional.

Great location, a clean room, and very helpful staff, the washer/dryer is a big plus. We will stay again next time when we visit.

If you are looking to stay close to happening area with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, this might not be the good location for you.

Is near to train station, and I can see their pink building from train station. Is comfortable and clean. I need to leave hotel before breakfast serving time, hotel staff offered to exchange breakfast with 7-11 cash card, which I appreciate a lot.

Could do with better bicycles.

It was OK for us to our own breakfast. Something new to us. Harder for family with kids I think. Overall, it was a nice experience. Love the dining facilities of the hotel.

Nothing, it was the best Hotel we have stayed in, and we have been travelling for 4 months now, all the way through SE Asia.

Not very many options to eat close by. And breakfast was coupons to spend at the seven eleven around the corner. But suited our needs as a stop off point to travel early the next day

Close to train station. Extremely clean. Lovely lady on front desk. Room was spacious. Lovely garden area and free laundry on roof top. Also free ice cream which my husband thought was great.

nearby only got 7-11 and family mart with some walking distance. so need to bring some food back to hotel for just in case.

Very near to the train station. The recep helped us to call a cab to bring us to the city area and also lent us an umbrella each due to the rain! The breakfast was ordered in. They have free flow of coffee and ice-cream at their hangout area. Washing machine and dryer machine are at the rooftop garden, which has a nice view.

EVERYTHING! It was at very good location, good and clean facilities, great mountain view, soft water was an interesting experience, near the station, free bicycle rental, friendly staff and breakfast services, overall it was such a good experience. Highly recommend this place.

It's handy to the train station and local bus stops. Free breakfast, ice cream and coffee are absolutely a bonus. They also offer free washing facilities and bicycles. The water for shower is soft treated, so it is felt like hot springs, it's very nice. Highly recommended!
