Staff is very nice. Room is big.

Condition of the hotel in general very poor. Needs renovation. Not well maintained.

The room we had was huge, bigger than some NYC studio! There was also an EasyBike station just next to the hotel. We loved that it was in a quiet part of Kenting.

It is a bit outside of Kenting and there were no restaurants close by. So a car is ideally needed. The beach is not a beach for swimming. It is barred for entry by the public.

Great place to explore Kenting. There is a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. Huge rooms.

I stayed in a room facing the mountain. It was a big room, with a couch and a good bathroom with a good shower. It was across from a walking beach. The room was clean. I liked the location. It was walking distance to the tip.

There was no breakfast facility in the hotel or around the hotel. 7-11 is about 1.1 km away. The place didn't look like the pictures. The courtyard was unkempt and run down. The cafe/restaurant and the bar were not functioning. There were 4 cats roaming over the property including the foyer. There is a balcony to my room but the entrance to the balcony has been blocked off. It was less pleasant than I had expected.

Peace and quiet, spacious guest room.

It is close to the beach but a little far from everything else, no hotel breakfast, no hotel kitchen.

The building overall is not very tidy and does not look so much like in the pictures. The room was clean but the bathtub was dirty and we had to clean it before using it, also the water was leaking.

The staff were helpful and upgraded us to a seaview room. They also gave a good rate to extend our stay. Huge rooms with comfy beds.

It felt tired and in need of some redecorating.

Parking right out front, welcoming arrival even though it was late ( her name was Sausage 😄), very large room with seating area, water view across the street, 2 king beds super comfortable, very large bathroom, super clean, nice common area to sit and work off the lobby. Everything was great, thank you!

Just wow! What a room or I should say appartment. Nice theming. Big and felt as luxury staying here. Away from overrun Kenting so nice and quiet.

Located pretty far from main areas but we loved it because it’s nice and quiet. We rented a scooter so the location didn’t bother us. Huge room with a living area and very clean toilet. Most importantly, the view from the room is 100/100!!!!

It’ll be nice if the windows are cleaned from the outside but I’m just being picky here cause the view wins all

Very spacious room and stunning sea view. Quiet and away from the bustling night market. Two guard cats at the front door rather welcoming as they like to sneak into the reception area. We deem that a plus point.
